True. He didn't do much of the lint picking and other stuff until the finals match. I think I have figured out why he does it. It is a self regulating mechanism he uses to keep focused on the table and relieve pressure.
I've heard people speculate that it some sort of a compulsive disorder. I disagree with that assessment. He uses it to stay focused and avoid being sharked by distractions. He locks himself into his own world.

I'd like to hear a 2nd opinion on that lol. Weather it is on purpose or compulsive it sure as hell has to shark the hell out of the other player. Hell it sharks me from my computer. Johnnyt
If I could ever, EVER hit a ball as good as he did the 3 in that last set, 10th rack, after walking around, cleaning rails, walking, cleaning...almost 9 feet, from on the rail, a nearly 90^ cut for great shape on the 4...well, I'd break out a dust-buster, a brush, and maybe a magnifying glass (just to be sure) on every shot, if that's what it took.
That and Hohmann's 2-ball in the rack before? Those two shots were worth the drive as far as I'm concerned. Outstanding.
