Jack Justis TAR Case. Thanks Jack !!!!!

An absolutely positively would love to have my hands on that case!!! I would love to have a Justis but college tuition and books and travel and GAS and family and all the other stuff take precedence. I just hope Jack doesn't retire before I can get the funds. Congrats TAR and Jack you do beautiful work. The design is always just right!!! A touch here and there and WAH LA another masterpiece!!!

I have to resize them for the web and I'll post them up tonight. The tooling and accents on your case are out of this world. Jack did a great job. I really like the silver band at the bottom instead of the gold. A little thing but it is sweet.

I'll save you some work since I insulted your commentators. hehe!!

Awhile back I received an email from Jack Justis saying that he wanted to make a case and donate it to TAR. Needless to say I was blown away to have the premier casemaker in the world make such an amazing gesture. He asked for our logo and some other information and I sat back to wait and see what kind of magic he would create.

Jack sent me another email today saying that the case was ready and he included a picture. I am not gonna lie, I was like a little kid on Christmas before I opened that first picture.:D I have included the pictures below.

What are we going to do with this fantastic donation? A raffle you say? LOL....nope. We have something pretty cool in mind that we will announce soon. For now enjoy these great pictures by Jack of another one of his magnificent creations.

Speaking for Chad, Jason and myself I to want thank Jack for this great donation. It has been made clear to me that the craftsmen in this industry are a special breed who will go out of their way to support the game.

Thank you Jack.

wow these cases are amazing, I look at mine everyday the carved leather is amazing, just amazing, not too much or too little. Its not over the top(sometimes i'm over the top:rolleyes: ) but this case isnt. All I said was "Black and Silver Jack" I thought my name on it was funny with the money bags(now that I dont have a busuness Jack might have to remove them).

Jack has an amazing artistic eye for design. His color tones on the brown case on the one Justin posted in the start of this thread is just as nice if not nice than mine. Its not a contest anyways. In my eye they are equally beatiful. I just thought having some of Jacks other cases in this thread was a cool idea-I didnt mean to hi-jack this thread-Its about Jack. They carry so comfortable too. The buttons snap perfect not to hard, nor do they pop open. everything has been considered in the construction of these cases. I'm blessed to have a fancy one and also a plain brown one, I'll shoot some pics of it when I get back to Vegas to be posted too-I just got to LA, I wish I would have thought of that eariler today.

I have seen his work for along time. Is it just me or is he raising he standard of TOP-OF-THE-LINE-CASES????

this case is about like my other one, perhaps a bit fancier. I'll get aome pics of it when I get back to Vegas on the weekend.

Like I said I'm a case guy now, Sometimes a old Fellini is what I take out, or a Ron Thomas and I also have a Trophy Alligator Whitten Joe made for me(I wish I had a strap on it) man the alligator hide he used is amazing. So many great cases...so little time. It wouldnt be fair to say which one I enjoy the most to use but the "Fatboy" case is the best looking one-Joe's case is a close second(I just never mentioned it before). But there is a special feeling when you take a Fellini to the pool room, The only time I take important cases to the poolroom is when I know who i'm playing so they can watch my case-cue awalys goes with me to the bathroom, I like to wash my hands every 15 minutes when I play.

JCIN sorry if I got off track with this thread but man cases excite me now and when you posted that one-this became my favorite thread of the day. We need more conversation here and less arguing, so thats what I'm doing.

Wow is right. I don't go ga ga for fancy cases but this has got to be the nicest case I ever saw. Nice work Jack, and thanks for supporting TAR. Johnnyt

I know I already posted, but this case is just absolutely beautiful. Everytime i've checked AZ today and tonight i've come to this thread to look at it again. Not even sure if you should do something to give this one or sell this one away guys. I think it would be better if you guys kept it as a marketing tool. Just bringing a case like that with you guys is going to get all kinds of looks and attention. Dont get me wrong, i'm trying to decide how many of my fingers i'd cut off to have it, but i just think you guys should keep it. Selling a case like this doesnt have to be the only way it can help the business. I vote that you keep it.

@Fatboy & The Beginner:

Truth be told, your cases are just awesome guys!

I have seen three Justis cases
here in my country and they are just
sooooo beautiful! And I kid you not!

I don't have an envelop case yet -
and hopefully I'll have one designed soon
by Mr. Jack Justis.

And I know I've said it many times over
that whenever I'm on the lookout for a case,
that such will be my last one. But believe you me,
my envelope case will be the last!

:)

The leather tooling on this case is amazing! Jack is the man when it comes to fancy cue cases. I can't wait to get my new case from Jack.....

JC,
Just a reminder to others reading this thread that the last several years Jack has donated a personalized RoadRunner case to the AZB room each year. Given away as a prize each year to one of the room supporters.

Jack is cool as the other side of the pillow (though, once again, he has come perilously close to violating our verbal agreement that he NEVER make a case for someone else that is nicer than MINE - I'm no lawyer, but I might have a "case" here).

Actually ...

My Jack Justice case is my second favorite....

He made one for a friend of mine, and it is without a doubt the best I have ever seen.

It is oxblood colored ostrich....it give that case the 8 in my opinion, and that is saying something.

I wish he had it on his web site...I smile to myself everytime someone sees it and their mouth drops...:D

PRICELESS

Ken
