I really don't have much to say about The Beard, may he rest in peace. Back a few years ago I did pay for a lesson from him and withheld writing about it, the experience was so bad. Then, when I made the mistake of mentioning it and deleted the post, Freddy started in on me and would not let it go, post after post, even starting new threads about it. At one point he even said that when it came to not forgiving people he was a "straight ticket" to the grave. He got his wish.
You should leave the dead alone, Wayne. Have a tiny bit more more class than that. Try hard.
Oh, and by the way -- Freddy and I never got along. Yet, every year we would see each other at the DCC or up at Red Shoes and I would greet him, sometimes passing in a hallway, "Mr. Beard" and he would nod and sort of laugh a little and ruefully reply, "Lou." The Beard was cool in real life. I don't know what your problem is.
