I just rewatched Rempe's How To Run A 100.WOW I first watched it,with the sound off,
years ago.Thought I would review it yesterday.WOW. This is a first class informative
presentation.Rempe and Pat Fleming analyze the run and offer some good advice.
Break shot video is equally as good.
Mad props to "King" James.

I didn't watch it with the sound off,by choice the first time!

This may well be the best video ever made on the subject of straight pool.

How does one get a hold of the video? (Jim R. 100 BALL RUN)

You're welcome. I have the DVD and agree with feedback here, very informative. I like Rempe's style a lot. I also have "How to Run a Rack in Straight Pool", also very good.

I got my copy from Accu-Stats the other day and watched it this morning..
very easy to watch. what i mean it wasn't over produced or over talked etc.
nice clean display of running 100 with a clear idea of what was happening and what
was about to happen on the table --- Great job by Jim Rempe and Pat Fleming
definitely will be watching it again ----
(King James) the name fits

How to Run a Rack & How to Run 100 are by far my favorite videos on how to play patterns.

I watch it from time to time as a refresher, it really gets me in the mood to play !!

I must be losing my mind I would have bet money I responded to this thread asking a question before.... lol...

Anyway, try again:

How is the video quality on this dvd? I know it was an old production originally released on VHS. I think I saw a "copy" of a VHS of this 15 years ago and was having trouble seeing the balls.

I'm colorblind and have an extremely hard time figuring out what balls the commentators are talking about, in general. An unclear video makes that even harder.

Thank you for the feedback from those who have a new dvd version.

The video quality on the DVD is excellent. You should have no clarity issues.

Hope this helps

The Jim Rempe's video is what prompted me to make the short videos I did. I have watched his video over & over and have learned something every time. This also applies to another Thread here on the 14.1 Forum (Seeing the Table).
