John Schmidt runs 820

i complain about things that may need fixing. not about all sorts of people on this site like you do.

please put me on your block list. if you dont then you really want to follow me and have a problem.

and jason i find it hard to figure you out. you go from a great guy to a piece of shit and back and forth.

if anyone doesnt like or want to read what a poster here does, block him dont make personal attacks like a 9 year old kid might do.

lol. yea, i did use you as an example because in the jayson 714 thread you were moaning about the table specs and saying it would be relatively easy for other players to beat it, etc. had no clue you were that sensitive or easily offended. go ahead and ignore my posts

the requirement of a pall mall smoking audience with felt hats and shit wasn't about you either. just a joke about the naysayers in these straight pool high run threads

Kind of makes the BCA look bad. They endorsed these high runs as legitimate.
I agree with the 626 being rushed through so quickly without more investigation. This bogus 820 Schmidt claims would never pass as there was many obvious fouls and a gaffed table. Shaw’s 832 was flawless.

I wouldn't waste a smilie laughing maliciously. I've had the malice ones but, a point's a point; their problem. The others need more granular control. Like specific plus or minus for starters. Also expanded list, obvious negative ones, personalized ones etc...
... and sometimes I hit a thumbs up just to let someone know I have read a post. Obviously I am trying to push these few emoticons further than they can go!

Very few on AZB are on my shit list so that can pretty much be ruled out. After that, whatever!

Maybe it is time to explore this whole nuther page of emoticons! 🤔😵‍💫😮‍💨

If someone was to get listed in the Guiness book of records, would they look at these fouls or does playing by himself change that..?
Guinness has pool records like balancing a pool cue on the nose for five hours. Their records are intended solely for the amusement of their customers.

Often you see a valid post or one you like but nothing else comes to mind. Like and subscribe. But that reaction list; thumb up or laugh.

Information like you share now Bob taints all these high run claims. The BCA also is not without blame. Despite what Jewett claims now that is not what I remember at the time, when they certified Schmidts 626 as the new high run record.

100% legit tables are used and insoected by many world champions that have come to my poolrooms. It’s a serious issue that Schmidt had to take shortcuts and have about 12 fouls on a single attempt and call his play a 820. It’s a disgrace to the game and sport but it’s not the 1st time he’s cheated and it’s actually on video so people can see it for themselves what occurred. He certainly has exposed his desperation to be relevant and so many top players and world champions have reached out to me and laugh in discust over the many, many years he has been caught cheating. Anyways we have moved past his BS because he is not relevant because he has no honesty.
If the BCA allows theses fouls, can it still be called cheating?

it is if he denies doing them. or hides the fact that he did.

unless beforehand it was stated that cue ball fouls only counted. then his run is accepted only by that so called authority.

that is why a written detailed standard has to be accepted and followed by all, or it destroys the whole reason for being a world record.

Are we now expected to believe the original 626 was BB

Are we now expected to be

Are we now expected to believe the original 626 was good? No thanks!
A very unknowledgeable weak BCA recognized it quickly at the time because it had to be approved because of a NY times article. The table was gaffed and even used heaters under the table. Along with edited video. That bogus run is ancient history now and has been passed up twice now and by hundreds of balls by legitimate runs and table conditions and no fouls.

I love how petty the Schmidt haters are. He doesn’t even have the record any more and they still slag him relentlessly.
