Just kinda a so-so Archer fan, like the way Oscar and Ernesto have behaved over the years. not too sure about Ernesto forfeiting to Oscar over the years. They could have done it without being open about it so there is at least that! Anyway, moving on!

I am in Louisiana so especially my civil law can vary from most states but I think if they had went to court what Oscar would have been entitled to is judicial interest and it generally sucks buttermilk! I had somebody owe me less than twenty thousand once. One reason not to take them to court was that judicial interest was less than three percent best I recall! Wouldn't have covered the stamps for all the letters! I was better off calling Vito.

All of the air barrels in pool I do have to say good words about Johnny, better late than never!

you do owe interest when late paying a a debt of any sort. the winner could have invested that money and made
great profits off it. he is entitled to that.

a minimum of 6% interest per year. but in reality should get what the s&p went up in that time.
most wont understand that. and would just be happy to get the money owed, even though it is now severely depreciated.

if invested in such it would be worth 2.5 times what he just got . so really is a big loss over getting paid right then.

S+P up 75% in 5 years.. 27% in last 12 months. My only regret is I only have so much invested.....

It's a respect thing, plus even if Ernesto had won Oscar has the better odds in the next rounds.
