Yes, there are only supposed to be roughly twenty or so, according to Dan Janes estimate. If you have one it is from early-mid 70s.

This one has the 18 pin but look at the logo, definitely 68-72.

Those last two are really cool.
I too have never seen one like the Cocobolo cue.....
