I have been stamping a serial number on the steel joint of the Joss Cue for quite few years. When this first started it was so the owner of the cue could identify their cue.
I have been asked so many times in the last couple of years to help a buyer of an older cue ?Where, When, etc? That I have put all the serial numbers in a data base. If you have a Joss Cue that you would like some information on please click here..
http://josscues.com/Cue-ID/
Fill out the form and as soon as I can find your cue I?ll send you an email with all the information I have on that cue.
In the near future I will have a place for you to locate your cue by looking at pictures of cues without serial numbers. This is taking a little longer than expected so have patience it will come soon.

Dan,

This is a great idea. I wish every cue maker would do this.

The Tiger Cues TPC Series also has serial #'s and I have a database with info logged for each one

Thank you Mr. Janes for this feature.I have tried searching everywhere and sent you pics of my cue, but still no match on this cue. I have found only one like it on Ebay and the seller did not have any info on it either. I bought it used. It was beautiful and had to have it and still play with everyday.Thanks...Ron:thumbup:

I have been asked by a few people what info I have on my old cues.
If I have the serial number in my data bank I'll have the exact date that the cue was completed .. month/day/year and the weight, shaft size, model number, who the cue was sold to new. Maybe cost when new.

I have a Joss Limited and I cannot find the serial number. The joint is a composite not stainless steel. I would like to find out more about my cue if possible. Thanks.

We are putting together a site now that will allow you to look through pictures of cues (cue rogues gallery). When it is completed you will be able to look through pictures of cues made in years past. There are a lot of different cue models (41 + years) so this is going to take awhile.
As soon as I have enough to make it worthwhile I’ll post the link. If your cue is not there check back because its going to take some time to get them all in.
