Glad to see that this will be resolved. That whole retalatory negitive feedback thing is exactly why eBay changed their feedback system.

I don't see how all those scratches could have happened just from the poor shipping, although I'm sure that didn't help any.

This will not get personal at all, I don't believe that these threads should drag on and on either. I think we will have a resolution to this and I appreciate the support. I probably take my cue dealings more seriously than most, that's why the negative remark bothers me so much. I will be happy once that negative has been removed and the $100 is received. Case Closed!

That cue has a leather wrap. You're not going to get a reasonable re-finish w/ a new leather wrap for $100.

I think Scott from proficient can save the leather wrap while refinishing the cue :) as long the scratch or dents are not on the edge of the wrap he will save the wrap for you :) ...Doug i'm glad that this matter is resolved...looking forward tto receive my package from you too :) ...

Yeah and harping on problems doesn't make them beter either as you are clearly doing which makes it even funnier considering this doesn't concern you. Oh and in regards to your dvds getting back to a person two months after the fact? Are you serious? It makes me wonder how bad you scratched them up and then asked me to replace. Yeah ok I might do that two months later.

I read that then looked over and seen you were still on line . If i can see you then your not ghosting right :D Let me help :thumbup:

How To Ghost

1.Click User Cp > Upper left corner
2.Click Edit Options 4th down from the top
3.Put a check in the box the reads > Use Invisible Mode
4.Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click save changes.

Use Invisible Mode
Invisible mode allows you to browse the forums without appearing in the 'Currently Active Users' lists.

WHAT GOES ON HERE IS PUBLIC, AND CONCERNS ALL OF US.

WAS I SUPPOSED TO SIT DOWN AND WATCH ALL 25 DVD'S AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED? SORRY I HAVE TWO BUSINESS' AND THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE IMPORTANT THAN WATCHING ALL OF THE DISCS.

WHEN I CONTACTED YOU ABOUT THEM NOT WORKING...... IT WAS, "NO PROBLEM, I'LL SEND DVD'S TO REPLCE THEM" AND NOW IT'S "HOW BAD DID YOU SCRATCH THEM, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO THEM"

NO SCRATCHES, NO DAMAGE....... THE FIRST 4 OR 5 I WATCHED WORKED WITH NO PROBLEM.......A FEW WEEKS LATER, I WENT TO WATCH ONE, AND IT DIDN'T WORK. SO I CHECKED THE REST OF THE DISKS WHEN THAT ONE DIDN'T WORK, AND FOUND THERE WERE OTHERS THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER...... I CONTACTED YOU, YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU WOULD MAKE GOOD FOR THEM BY REPLACING THEM. I TOOK YOU FOR YOUR WORD. THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE.... TO BE HONEST, I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THEM, TIL I READ WHAT YOU DID TO DOUG. I WAS GOING TO LET IT DROP, EVIDENTLY THE EXTRA MONEY, MEANT MORE TO YOU THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IT'S NICE TO SEE THAT YOU QUESTION MY ETHICS, ABOUT THE DVD'S, WHEN YOU CERTAINLY DON'T HAVE ANY.

This is why i-trader doesn't work. You've either got a satisfactory transaction or you don't. If you do a deal with someone an get scratched dvds or cues shipped with a rubberband around them, I'm thinking others might be grateful for this info. Your responsibility as a seller imho are the following: accurate description, good packaging, prompt shipping in a manner agreed to by both parties. The buyer should transfer funds as agreed to in a timely manor supply info to seller an discuss shipping, both parties should be available to the other until deal is completed. If there is a glich on either side it should be handled by pm until satisfaction by both parties is achieved. If that doesn't work there is always the public thing an negativity in i-trader. I've seen enough from this seller with the negative rep to buyer an packaging an shipping to know I would buy zero from this individual.......................
