Kamui tips vs Wizard tips

How do these tips compare to each other, kamui, kamui blacks and wizards.

Gerald

Well they all go on a ferrule & strike the cueball. Two are brown & one is black. One of the brown ones is much cheaper than the other two. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Your question is somewhat vague...as is my answer. They all come in various hardness & its testing apples vs. oranges. What I like/love....another will maybe not so much. Use the search function here & in the main and you'll have lots of reading. For best results...do as I and most others who want to really know....buy several of each and spend some time testing them and build your own knowledge. Or listen to some on a forum who may or may not even have tried them all. Hands on testing is the only way to judge.

Gerald for those who use a Moori Med tip, the Wizzard Med is the right choice. Another difference is Wizards do not come in soft for hardness.
The thickness is leather is also different, the Kamui has thick layers and the Wizard has thin like a Moori.

What best? it all personal preference.

How do the Kamui Black S compare to the Wizard M?

Gerald

If you like a medium tip you can't go wrong with a Wizard. I offer my customers who normally use something else the option to bring their shaft back and have their normal tip choice put on for free if they don't like the Wizard. I haven't had one come back yet, and I've installed a bunch of them.

Anyone have any idea which one is similar to black diamond ?
I use black diamond and I like it so much, but I can't install by myself and sometimes it is not available in the pool house.

Thanks

tips vs tips

I have played with each of these tips in the med. to super soft range, they all are good tips, the kamui tips are softer in my opinion. They all hold chalk well and don't mushroom much. The kamui blacks are more resistant to humidity due to the tanning process. I am now playing w/ SS kamui black and am very happy w/ this tip. But as most said tips are a personal preference, and trying different tips is the way to find your preferred tip.
I am a authorized dealer for kamui.
