Just curious if they have any promotions of this chalk?
Hard for me to pay that kind of money without some kind of trial sample...
Just curious but not 25 dollar curious...

hmmm

i heard they send you the first piece free just to get you "hooked". Then, you will soon find yourself robbing lil old ladies to get your "fix'. Then, in a few years they will raise the price to $50 per cube. Not sure it is true or not, just what I heard on the street......

Split the cost with 24 other curious guys and it goes down to a dollar.

It will last a lot longer than a $25 lap dance!

Its less than the price of getting a New Tip-

The chalk is silky smooth- some places might complain about (white Powder) It can be messy on the table. I've used it 1month- I'll by another when it runs out!! Works well with all tips. I've played hours , chalking only 8-10 times a night! straight Pool and 1 pocket. mark

I keep asking this question and never get an answer. Why, out of the 100's of matches of top players on the stream do I not see one top pro that is not sponsored by the chalk company using this great chalk? The cost is not the reason as any one of them could get a piece for free if they truely thought or knew it was better than Masters or BD. Johnnyt

It's there you just may not see it.

I WANT to chalk up before every shot. It's a built-in component of my pre-shot routine. No overpriced chalk for me, thanks.

Well, I can afford it but $30 for a piece of chalk is just ludicrous. Unless it gives me BJ while I am playing, it isnt worth it. No way, no how.

i had a tip put on my cue last week and during our conversation the subject of kamui chalk came up.

he said he sells it and cant keep it in stock, its sold as fast as it comes in. after he put my tip on he chalked it with his personal cube of kamui chalk.

i promptly went to the table and played one of my teamates 3 racks of 8 ball.i never rechalked during those 3 racks and i never miscued. i used english and draw several time during those 3 racks. i couldnt play like that without miscuing using regular chalk.

i am going to bite the bullet and buy a cube this week.

i wish i knew what thread it was where a poster made a very good point . i dont know the exact quote but he regarded there was no difference between some buying 25.00 kamui over .25 master vs some one buying a 3,000.00 custom over a 300.00 viking.

now i happen to have a 5,000.00 custom as well as a 500.00 viking in my case . does the custom play 4,500.00 better than my viking ? definitely not but it sure draws attention whenever i pull it out of the case. last night at league the owner of billiard pro shop here in memphis saw it leaning against the table and came over and asked if he could look at it , i said sure. he said he liked it and asked if i would be willing to make a deal for any cue he had, i politely said thanks but no thanks lol.

back to the chalk. is 45.75 more than master worth the price ? i dont know but from my limited experience it definitely is better as far as adhering to the tip.

i've said as much on several occasions but i think i'm going to buy myself a piece for christmas. i have some blue diamond chalk that i really like. i figure it's just a few more bucks

I use plain jane Masters and I have never had a problem. I chalk up about 1 maybe 2 times a game. Sometimes not even that much. I use to wipe the tip clean and practice like that. I guess if it gives you confidence, knock yourself out. But as far as I am concerned, It is chalk and unless someone gives me one, I will never use it.

They need a smaller piece, they could call it a dime bag, or a ten dollar rock!
