Use two mirrors on top of each rail so you see the shot and from that point your brain can imagine the shot .
Use the diamonds system and you will need to be able to hit the cue ball slightly above dead center every single shot .
I would start of with hitting dead center drills then move to the mirrors ....

This is the most simple to remember so I teach it to anyone who asks how to kick 2 rails....... I learned many others and tried them but this is still the one I am using as it is simple and you can adjust off the base angle with english and speed... YMMV.... I use angle of incident as well for 1 railers but it's not covered.... Will see if there is a video for it as well....

I know you asked for a system, and there are plenty of systems that work, and I know you might already heard of this but the "no system" works best, trust the feel bro, practice on feeling it is way better than systems, Efren is arguably the best kick shot player in the world that ever played the game and he goes by feel, and you can't argue with Efren Reyes man.
Efren might not have learned them from a book, but he knows how the diamonds connect, and how to adjust. Its the same type of information, just self taught. That said, if you have them in print in front of you, and you practice them enough with different speeds and spins for adjustment.... the learning curve is much shorter.

He knows how to connect diamonds because he feels them, it's not like he tell himself if I hit this diamond cueball will go to that diamond, I really disagree with systems because there are many factors other than where you hit that changes the route of the cueball, speed and English, do you have three factors and also the type of stroke also changes the route so therefore I think if you kick for a long time and have feel and sense of it, is better than any system

Go to his 10 free kicking videos. Best and clearest explanation of the diamond system I have found. I had been kicking by instinct for 50+ years.
After watching these videos several times, and practicing for a day or two, my success rate tripled. My table is a Diamond Pro red label converted
to blue label and kicks very well using the diamond system.
