I always liked it when Robbie was in town..He always made somethin happen....As u would.Kinda like lil john or keith..ha ha probably why they were friends....
To those posting that states have legalized it, that is not true they have decriminalized it big diffrence it is a federal offense and as long as it is Federal law trumps state law doesnt matter if you have a medical marijuana card or any other nonsense you can and will go to federal prison If thats what they want
At the height of it's power the German courts under the Nazi party was clicking off at about a 90% conviction rate..... Now think about the fact that in the U.S. the rate is around 98%.........
What's important to remember about this is that it was a 2-year investigation. It is not as if somebody was pulled over on the road and got busted. In essence, the conspiracy charges will weigh just as heavily as the actual charges of possession and distribution. Getting indicted on Federal charges is quite different than the State. What frightens me the most about the way these charges read is the RICO statue. And RICO most definitely is a game-changer.
The TV show "Justified" is a modern-day drama about Harlan County, Kentucky. "Justified" portrayal Harlan is an embellishment but is generally well-accepted among Harlan Countians as an entertaining work of fiction. In the series, a local family headed by Mags Bennett (Margo Martindale), who won an Emmy as Best Supporting Actress, oversees a large marijuana business as well as a quaint little country store. The Federal marshals seem to give a wink-wink and a nod-nod to the pot operation in this series.
Jay Leno jokes about people smoking pot on his late night comedy hour as if it's the same as drinking alcohol.
Our society has mixed feelings on pot, but with the growing number of Americans incarcerated, it may rise to the level of the health care crisis when it comes to cost. Do you know how much it costs to house an inmate?
The prison industry complex is one of the fastest-growing industries in the United States. They even have investors on Wall Street. It is a multimillion-dollar industry.
The United States has the highest documented incarceration rate in the world. One in every 100 Americans is in jail. It would be interesting to learn how many are in jail for marijuana.

I'm not sure about this. In California, if you have a medical marijuana card, you can have marijuana FedEx'd to you from the marijuana store. I know of one instance where a California resident had 8 ounces delivered to him from the local pot shop.
It is illegal to sell marijuana in California if you are not licensed to sell pot. It is also illegal to smoke marijuana if you don't have the medical marijuana card in California. That said, the law enforcement seems to look the other way in California.
Pretty much the same here. Private growers must have a card from the state verifying that they are growing for up to 6, I believe, Medical Marijuana Card holders...Green Cards. A local guy here had his grow space catch fire. The fire dept arrived, put out the fire, saw the source of the fire...grow light...saw the pot plants in various stages of grow, called the sheriff's. He showed them his state cert allowing his operation...they verified it, and were never heard from again.

Reminds me of when carelessness in cannibas triggered a house fire in -----------> San Diego.
Isn't there a cuemaker named Richard Black? Is this the same guy?
No. The cuemaker is from, I believe Texas. And would be older than this other namesakes listed age.
Why does everyone always feel bad for these guys and "hope they get out soon" and all that crap??
What they did was illegal where they did it and they got caught. End of story.
Who cares if you think smoking weed should or shouldn't be legal........
People make their own choices and then have to live by them, in all areas of life. Try making better choices.
