Picked this cue up recently and I like it so much that I am looking to sell it so I can get some funds together for Mike to make me a new cue built to my specs and some other stuff. The cue has a couple of minor bruises in the buttsleeve but is in great condition overall.

As mentioned, I'm looking to sell this to come up with funds for a new cue from mike and some other stuff I need to buy but trades maybe considered if money is added. Looking for 1300 excluding paypal. Pm or email me at danktrees1212@gmail.com if interested, thanks.

Specs:
  • Very curly maple forearm with 4 long purpleheart points and 4 veneers of black, teal, black, teal.
  • Purpleheart buttsleeve.
  • Double silver rings at all positions.
  • Smooth black and teal speck linen wrap.
  • 3/8x10 original ultra joint, phenolic sleeved.
  • Butt weight is: 15 oz, adjustable. dead straight
  • Shafts - 12.65mm 3.55oz minor wobble, 12.9mm 3.75oz. very slight wobble. both shafts are fine to play with
  • Buttcap has Lambros logo dated 2001.

I know for a fact that this is a sweet looking and even better playing cue. Cedric is a great person to deal with, and his price exceptional for this cue.

bump...

whats a good wood for a new lambros? im thinking coco or braz into curly maple.
Personally I would go with the coco, but if i were you I would check into the african blackwood, its dense like ebony but gives you a phnomenal feedback.Alot of musical instruments are made from the blackwood due to its great sound feedback.I've only heard great things out of any cue made with this wood.I'm thinking of meeting up with you sometime this week before someone grabs that Lambros!

Scott,

Cedric is a good singer...his the next Canadian Idol...im sure the AFrican blackwood will be a perfect wood for his cue...it will make him sing while shooting his new Lambros :grin-square:

pm's replied, still available for now. would like to get it done soon so i can get my new cue started and buy some other wood for another cue i'm working on.

First of all, this cue needs to be off of page 7...

Second, I would suggest talking to Mike about the
type of wood to use in your cue. Recently he had
some Bubinga "to die for"...

Either way, good luck with both cues...this sale and your new Lambros. :)
