This may be my last post regarding this horrible situation. I'm in shock at this point. Chris Wood (cuefan86) finally got back on line and PM'd me. He's truly a piece of work. Here's the pm he sent me:
This is the first time i have had a chance to respond to all this. First let me say i do not have your cue. I never recieved anything. You say you have delivery conf. then lets see a signature where i signed for it?????? Second, do you have any idea what kind of liability you and maybe this site take on when you post someone's private mailing address? If someone crazy decides to come to my home and start problems over this and they found the address in this witch hunt thread of yours then that comes back to you! Third, do not call with threats about a federal offence and police etc etc. Take your non existence evidence of NO pm's and NO emails and NO signature of delivery and NO proof what you even sent out if anything to them and im sure they will get right on that. Well they will as soon as they take care of all these mass shootings in kindergarden schools that is. I DONT HAVE YOUR CUE, NEVER HAD YOUR CUE, DONT WANT YOUR CUE AND CAN ASSURE YOU AT THIS POINT IF I DID I WOULD THROW IT DOWN THE HIGHWAY! As im sure you will post this in your thread that works great! I do not post in such garbage threads with all you internet tough guys. Oh and one last thing. I sold and shipped a Gilbert JB and Instroke case at the same time you claim all this went down. Why would i want to screw you and smear my name all to hell and back but still send these guys packages as promised????????? If im such a scammer and rob then why???????? This is crazy! This is all i have to say about this non existent matter.
I do have delivery confirmation. And he called me and stated that he loved the cue and had me waiting for the UPS man for 3 days (I have pm's from him stating that UPS should be there anytime now) CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE COULD BE THIS DEVIOUS? Today he has sent out itraders to another az'er like business as usual. Thanks for listening and thanks for all the positive support.
