Alright, I need some help on who might have made this cue.
The stained forearm makes me think it was made probably in the late 80's. The cue had a linen wrap on it originally, but was changed to leather before I got it. It is a well made cue. It has had at least one refinish and maybe more. I do have emails out to a couple cuemakers, but have not heard from one of them and I emailed a month and a half ago.
It looks like 3 veneers, but under light you can see that the black looks like two thin veneers next to each other.
Richard Black said it looked like one of his, but now he thinks that it would have been built in the mid-80's and he said he was not doing points this long during that time, but other than that everything fits his specs. My other thought was Jensen, but I don't have too much to base that on.
