I can't find it at on the rail or youtube or ustream or wheretheFstream. Can someone point the lost souls to the archived link if it exists? Mucho grassiass!

I was hoping to watch it before learning the final score, but alas, not to be. :frown:

If Lenny puts this on DVD it would be like a 10 disk set. That was one long match.

i fell asleep around 4 am est for the beginning. woke up about 7 and half hours later to catch the end.

i am not exaggerating at all! it was reaaaalllly long.

so 40 racks took @ 8 hours? That would be 5 racks per hour. Lots of serious grinding, these ladies musta wanted it bad!

Hats off to both of them for stepping up with their cheese! Congrats to Borana!

Not surprised about the time it took. I had predicted an all-nighter for those watching on the East Coast, and that was assuming a 9PM start. With a start time of midnight it became an all night affair for everyone.

Does anyone know how many B&R's there were in the match> I didn't watch the whole thing but saw one B&R very early in the match by Borana, I think it was the 2nd or 3rd rack. That was it before I went to bed.

Borana had a B&R somewhere around the 28th rack or so. That was the last one I saw but I wasn't completely focused on the stream. It was sorta like a soap opera - you can come back later and find out you didn't miss much. No disrespect to either player, though, it was a grueling match that started at a bad hour to begin with. Kudos to both of them for stepping up.

I'll admit to conking out when Borana was up 7-2...It hurts to admit it, but I just don't have the stamina I used to have...:sorry:

My congrats to BOTH for hanging in there, and stepping up to play on a stream table. Kudos to Lenny for the great show..

I went to bed at 7-6 around 2:15A. Did OMG get to even or ahead with Borana during the match any time after 7-6?

I waited until the match finally started, around 3AM my time, and watched the first game or so. (I figured since I waited that long I wuz gonna see a little bit, at least.) I woke up around 8AM EST, and logged on here to see the final results. Couldn't find anything so I went back to the stream to see if they were doing a wrap-up. That was at about 17-14 OMG...

I got to watch the rest of it. Well, almost the rest of it. Different folks were complaining they were losing their feed at different points, but mine was awesome all the way through. Until Borana got the shot back with three balls left in the final game!

My computer may never be the same, the beating I gave it....

Props to both for stepping up and showing a lot of heart, even though it was probably the worst pool I have ever seen played for more than 5$. I watched all like 9-10 hours.

she took the lead around game 25. and later on she went ahead 17-15 or something like that. i still don't know who won. i had to hit the rack after they both got to 17

with both of the players that tired i don't thik it was that bad. borana put together a few decent outs and i think 2 break and runs. especially since she was working on NY time i think that's real impressive

I didn't get to see this match, but I love it that both players stepped up to the challenge!

Hopefully there will be a rematch soon. I know Melinda has offered a rematch for twice the amount, in New York City.

I had my $ on Melinda, and it looked like the match could have gone both ways, and with Melinda's heart with this new offer, I might have to bet on her again next time.

Anyway, congratulations to Borana for a nice score. I am sure both of these two players will look back on it as a great experience, and hopefully we will be able to watch more matches like this in the future.

Yes, 5 racks per hour is SLOW and boring. But if they speed up their play or use a shot-clock, I find matches like this as interesting as any pro. I think it's fun watching high stake matches between players that miss some balls and not only run out all the time.
