Elvis is also a nice chap, but a bit luckless though. It's so hard to support a family if you're just one of those nameless pool hustlers there. Back in 2001, he decided to go abroad (Middle East) to be a house pro and pool instructor. We lend him some money so he could pay for his placement fee, visa and others. Then things started looking up for him!

I like it that the women have to wear the same shirt. I don't think it is fair that the men have to dress up, wearing uncomfortable leather shoes, balloon-like interfering long sleeves, and three-piece suits at dress-up tournaments, when the women can walk in half naked, with bare shoulders, butt cracks showing on national TV, and their boobs hanging out. I think the dress code for the WPBA is disgusting sometimes. That is my opinion, and I know I am in the minority with it, but fair is fair. :mad:

All players should be treated equal, I say. :)

I understand that some railbirds enjoy checking out the scenery, but speaking from the school of thought of a competitor, those long-sleeved shirts interfere with a player's stroke, and the leather shoes can be extremely uncomfortable. Imagine if Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan has to compete in a three-piece suit. They would suck.

I don't think pool should have a dress code of suits. They are too uncomfortable. People may think you can dress up the hot dog by putting whipped cream on it, but I think it makes it difficult for the player to give his best game.

I do not like it when the women don't dress with class. Alison and Karen always dress with class. I can't say the same about some of the other female pros.

They have two picture page links on the Photo Gallery of the MAIN PAGE.

It is not mentioned in the article on the MAIN PAGE. I wouldn't have known about these pictures if it weren't for BillbOK. :p

The names are not given for a lot of the players on the picture page, but I am starting to recognize a few of them, thanks to this forum and its members. :)

Who is this poor young man? Somebody needs to take him to a hair stylist! He looks like a wet chicken. :o

They've only got 6 tables, so his match will probably have to wait for the match between Bahram Lotfy and Dimitri Jungo. Let's cheer on Bahram to end it quickly ;)

How'd you know? I'm actually drinking "Pleasant Morning Buzz" coffee, freshly ground, from Whole Foods. It really is good coffee. If you ever come to the States, I will treat you to a cup. I know my coffee, and this is supreme, better than Kona, better than any other coffee I have ever tasted.

I want Jingo Jango Jungo to win. He's handsome and easy on the eyes! :p
