HE STATED IT WOULD BE DRAWN WHEN IT WAS FULL AND PAID FOR. THAT'S WHAT HE DID......GAME OVER.

IF HE HADN'T DRAWN IT THEN, HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH WHAT HE ORIGINALLY STATED.

SO, IN ALL ACTUALITY HE DID THE RIGHT THING.

BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WRONG DONE.

HAD HE NOT DRAWN IT THAT NIGHT, AND WAITED FOR THE NEXT ONE, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN "HOT WATER". KURLY WOULD HAVE THEN HAD A RIGHT TO BE PO'D ABOUT IT NOT BEING DONE WITH THE FIRST LOTTO DRAWN AFTER IT WAS FULL.

Holy Sweet Mother of Jesus..All this CRAP over what? 8-10.00...WOW...I think there should be some rules on raffles......What site to draw from and such...but Damn..this is just stupid.....If the date he was gonna pick was posted...which you claim it was 3 or so post down....then what in the world is the problem?

I crunch up more than $8 every morning and mix into my grits. Old ones and fives are the best because they have more seasoning.

BPG feels wronged because he was not told the date. It sort of went like..."When's the raffle gonna be held? (BPG)"...."The cue has been sold! Congratz Kurly! (Pimp)". I agree that this thread has gotten out of hand but the raffle should've gone a little more carefully.

It kind of feels like when you're friends set up for a fantasy football league and then they never tell you the draft date. You know that it won't affect your outcome much if you've pre-ranked your players, but you still want to be there for the "moment". Otherwise you feel left out and cheated. :o

I THINK THE FACT THAT YOU SENT THE COMPLAINT TO PAYPAL IN THE MANNER THAT YOU DID IS WHAT HAS ME MOST UPSET.

come on how could he give you a date. he didnt know when the raffle would be full or when everyone was paid up. then both conditions were met he hit it.

how is that different that entering a cue raffle at a tourny and the TD says "its gonna get drawn right before the finals." i ask "what time is that?"
TD cant tell me b/c he has no way to know when all the preceding matches will be finished and if the tourny will be behind schedule. so before the finals the raffle is drawn and i lose. do i have right to complain b/c i wasnt told what time it was going to be drawn?

also you have neatly sidestepped several members legitimate concern as to whether you gave any thought or even cared what your little hissy fit might mean for the forum as a whole?

If you read the threads already, than you would already know.

i tried everything to work this out right here on AZ. I even talked with the mods. Everyone involved knew I was going to paypal if it wasn't resolved.

I guess they didn't believe me
