I've been looking for anything with a 5-16x14" joint including Balabushka. If you are leaning toward new ones you can get a gb1 for around $450 with shipping and no frills from a few websites. I've seen a few nicer gb's with better butt sleeve designs and figured maple forearms from $500 and up.
If you want new they're out there. Used are good too but it seems most people who have them want new prices for used cues.

I looked at this site. Who are they? I heard that Adam was no longer making them and they are now made in China or Taiwan.
The site does not give any info on this unless I missed it.
I don't know for sure, but their list of dealers are certainly legit (includes Cuestix Int)...you might be able to get the info from them.

Cuestix is the wholesale side of PoolDawg. So I sent them an E-mail asking where they are made.
And if I don't get an answer I will drive over there and bang :smash: on the door. They are 20 minutes away from me

Hell it would work for me depending on price...
i got an E-mail from Cuestix confirming that the currant Balabuska cues are being made in China-which may or be not a bad thing.
It would be interesting if someone could compare the Japanese made with the Chinese made Buska cues. If there was no sticker with the country of orgin on the cue I wonder how you would know where it was made?
