Can anyone please recommend a premium cover that would fit a GC4 9 footer?

Looking at postage stamp size pics online isn't cutting it.

My cat is starting to claw holes in the 10 buck vinyl cover.:eek:

Find a female friend who sews and make a denim cover. My wife made one and it stands up to our male, who is a monster. No pics available. {of cat}:D

Denim??? The cat would love that. I would never get her off of that.

I was thinking of something far less comfortable (unless the denim had spikes!).

Probably need some kind of faux leather on top as I usually brush the cat hair off the cover before removing and folding.

Ours lies on it from time to time, but he can't claw through it! It's too tough.
 
Cats hate walking on aluminium foil or anything crinky and noisy. Get some doublesided tape, aluminium foil or silver mylar gift wrapping paper.
 
I got a Meucci HOF-1 with a bad roll that I never use for playing, but I keep it in my rack- I call it "The Sweeper" for when the cat jumps on the table- he finally learned and has since found a new place to hang out (I've never hit him with it, but I would poke him until he moved on:p).
 
You could weave one from the hair off my golden retriever. He hates cats! He's shedding right now so let me know.:yes:
 
Let me know what you come up with, please. A lot of the nine-footer covers won't fit the Gold Crowns. My GC-V is almost finished, and my wife's cat was crawling up into the frame. I'm okay with that, but don't want her on the cloth - cat hair makes it feel like you're playing on corduroy.

Fred I did some looking and found where I bought mine for the Big Oak Monster:D. This cover was not only a great price but is heavy duty but not to heavy if that makes sense. They have table dimensions and rail width dimensions so ordering was a snap. When you have come over I usually have it uncovered ( because I practice just so I can keep up with you ) so you might not have noticed it. The cost of this was so cheap that I was not expecting much but I was very surprised when I put it on the Diamond. Here is the link.

I've got the same dog/shedding problem (except mine loves cats, other dogs, people, frogs- anything, really- he doesn't have a mean bone in his body:cool:)- this is my problem cat:

Thanks everyone! I went ahead and ordered one like Brian's. FWIW, I called with a few questions that I had and then ordered by the phone # on his ebay site -- always nice to get some questions answered in person!

Cuebuddy, I like your cover but the website didn't have as much info on the cover specs. Tried calling their phone # but nobody home. With the custom color charge ($20) and the shipping ($14) it would've been a few dollars more. We'll see when I get the one I ordered, but I think Brian's type might be a bit heavier duty.

sprinkle some pepper on the table cover. it won't be long and the cat will never go near the table again. also works on the hood of your car.
 
Bring the cat over to my house to play with my dog for a "minnute" you won't have to worry about the cat anymore.
