Made To Order Choice for 170.00 *CHECK IT OUT* 5 designs

Just received mine! Really like the looks of it.

You should definitely get 1 of these from Brian! There's also a wider wood variety available now (Which I would have picked if Brian had offered them earlier. Darn)

For $170, definitely a steal.

Bump for anyone who has not seen this offer. Get your custom cue...$170.00! I ordered mine. It's a Festivus miracle!

I hear my cue should be shipping within a week or two. I am not a massive collector of cues. I have had the chance to shoot for a while with a Southwest, A few times with a vintage Tim Scruggs, own an 80's Meucci Dragon Slayer, a 2000 Shurtz, and a 1994 Bill Schick...wich is my fave of course. I have shot with a lot of others just for fun. I'm not a pro, but I do have a love of craftsmanship and have built a few odds and ends in my time. As such, I can say you don't need to spend a lot of money to get a lot of cue. I think the expensive cues can help maintain a consistency of quality across a line/builder. Whereas the cheaper cues are hit or miss.

All this being said, I am very anxious to try out this cue from Prulhiere cues. Firstly, for 170.00 it's hard to get anything too wonderful. Generally an "adequate" production line cue is considered a good find. But I can say that this maker has stayed in touch with me throughout the process so far. I got to pick colors, wrap, weight, etc. ...From a business standpoint I already got 100.00 worth of customer service from this maker.

I have no doubt he is doing his best to produce a far more than adequate cue for the money. I sincerely hope I can post an unbiased raving review. At 170.00 the success of this maker will depend soley on word of mouth and reviews...as is probably the case with any relative greenhorn to the trade.

So I'll be sure to post my honest review, for what little it may be worth, when I get mine and have a chance to shoot some racks with it. I hope it's a good one.

And at 170.00 for a custom made cue, it's simply hard to pass it up. Even just to see what you get.

Any reviews on how these play...not the common, it hits good.

They play fantastic in my opinion. A fairly stiff hit with great CB action. I have had great success in getting whitey wherever I need to go, sometimes having to throttle back.

I had Brian make my cue a 12.8mm with a 1/2" ferrule and the deflection is very low too. I am extremely impressed, so impressed, I ordered another cue last night from him.

I got the Zebrawood cue first, next one will be Br. Rosewood as soon as he gets it in.

I feel like I'm stealing getting a cue of this quality and playability at this price. Definitely an up and coming cuemaker and hit cues play jam up in my opinion.

With all the new rules coming to AZ, I will just run this special til the end of the year......Then we will see after that

After the first of the year, specials like this and other sales will be on my new site. I can't post the link on here, (AZ rules) but you can ask me.

wrap

I'm not familiar with cork. Hoe does it hold up and feel to grip when shooting? What about weight and tip size and tip brand....Thanks

I am already planning my second cue and not to raise my costs to much, I would say that the value of the cue I received is around the $ 300 - 400 in US and $ 500 - 600 in Europe (considered the name is not famous/ well known). A cuemaker with reputation could multiply this price for this cue by quite some x.

First impression is really good (received the cue yesterday), I will keep you up to date....

The cork has a soft feel, and has good shock absorption. It holds up very well, and is easy to repair should there be an accident.....

Hmm, should I order two cues. I have not tried the cork wrap, but it is hard for me to believe that it will feel well... Maybe you could put on the cork and it shouldn't be to hard to remove for my own stacked leather... I don't know, but serving cues at this price, I am willing to try his suggestion for handle... though only one inch butt sleeve...

If you do not like the cork, it sand off easily.....so easy to change...
After the first of the year, my sales will be at the new billiards forum in my signature....

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I like my new Prulhiere Cue!

I received my walnut burl cue recently. The wood was absolutely gorgeous and the cork wrap feels great. The only problem I could find with the cue is that the finish hadn't fully cured in a couple of spots leaving a little bit of a "smudged" appearance.

I PM'd Brian and he said to send it back right away. I sent it and he had it back to me in the shortest time frame possible, completely refinished. I hit some balls with it yesterday and it has a nice feel and the hit is very lively.

I'm glad I got in on the $170 deal while Brian still had the walnut burl wood! It is very unique and has a 3-D appearance in the burls, with various light and dark shades swirled together.

Brian was a real professional to deal with from start to finish. He went above and beyond to stand by his work, and you just don't get this kind of service in this day and age. I wish him all the best and look forward to dealing with him again in the future!

Many thanks Brian!

Steve
