Matchroom Predator Championship League Pool

Can I see the video instead of a photo, do you happen to have a link of the hr:min of the shot in question?
I looked and couldn’t find it on the Matchroom.live stream, but I think they put those table 2 matches up on YouTube in the evening.

It was a good hit, still waiting for the good quality matchroom upload, not to determine the shot cause its clearly a good hit but rather than to watch the drama afterwards...and I do agree, she shouldn't be a referee for pocket billiards, I don't want to be harsh but seriously, 9ball as a win-ball location? then this? come on.

I know people may say everyone make mistakes but this shot right here is clearly a good shot without even being close to the shot because a person who plays pool for a long time can know if its good hit or bad hit from the reaction of the cueball alone!! even if i'm miles away I can see the reaction of a cueball and I know instantly if its good-hit or bad-hit, no need for slow-mo or even being close.

With that said to see that she called a foul makes me think that she isn't even experienced or knowledgable when it comes to balls-billiards in generals.

After Group 6.

Blue is Fargo Rating, and orange is event-specific performance.

Of the five 830+ performers here, Albin's performance stands out because it is maintained for 312 games, 3 or more times the number of games for any of the other four.

Isn’t that exactly what this tournament is. Whether you win a group by playing below your level or win it by far exceeding your level... therein is where the glory lies.

That is ridiculous, they even looked at it again on the replay. He’s right the 7 wouldn’t have gone where it was if hit first
Also the referee is further out of order saying “he is going mental” in there, if she thinks questioning her decision is going mental then ..?

A little drama in Roberto Gomez vs. Albin Ouschan. Albin played safe, Roberto had a kick on the 3 near a rail and the 7, looked like he got it but the ref, standing on the other side of the table, called a foul, saying it hit the 7 first. Albin seemed to agree, Roberto asked if they could review video, but it seems they said the ref’s call is final.View attachment 590076

The ref was out of position to make this call. I see it all the time!

I just signed up at the matcroom site and caught the end of the Jasmin and Kazakis match. Kazikis vs Casper now. It was free and easy signup, I was half surprised.

Anyone who has ever ref'd for long sessions has made a mistake, but it is usually the only one. The world crashes in on you and you have to find a way to deal with it. The best way is to put your hands up, consult the tournament director (or equivalent) and put it right. That's not always the obvious way though and I have an incredibly huge amount of respect for refs getting 99.9% of decisions correct at this level of the game. Unfortunately this ref has made two stand out mistakes but I would take that over players refing themselves and racking their own.

I don't have commentary on the Kazakis/Casper match, or the prior Jasmin/Kazakis match. I do have the sound of the balls. Is the commentary region specific (or watching platform specific)? Or is it off for everyone?

There’s only commentary on table 1, which you have use DAZN to watch. Table 2 is live all the way up through the semi-finals. The finals are played on table 1/DAZN.
