wow

ok i just read this whole thread every post.

and i seriously dont see what the big deal is tony is trying to deal with adversity and has clearly been in contact the whole time making progress and working towards a quality product.

90 days extra for a cue to a certain standard is far better than a rushed cue below standard.

I understand that you want your cue and are like a excited 5yr old child screaming gimme gimme gimme but what you miss is how posts like this can ruin a mans lively hood in this bussiness and may ruin a cuemaker for life at times, and all over tony wanting to send out a quality product if it were me i would have refunded your money and told you to order it from someone else and enjoy starting the wait over again

i believe you will be happy when it arrives.

have a nice day i hope no puts you down publicly at work to where it could affect your lively hood and family next month.

i never once put tony down in thread....and nor did i try to hurt him....infact i have done nothing but spread around my pool community how great his cues play.....and several people have bought his cues straight from playing with the 4 that i have owned.....so you dont really know all the facts and that is ok....and on another note about my job we have to answer to or customers on a daily basis and apparently we are doing a good job since WARREN BUFFETT just bought the company i work for 9 billion dollars.....so that is that....

90 days?

Might I offer a suggestion before more mud gets flung by any party?

/thread

It must be the heat! I think it has been 13 days in a row over 90 degrees with several days of the heat indext being 110-115. That's toasty for us Iowegians. Just trying to lighten the mood, it will be awesome cue when finished.

well, when did it get to be that cuemakers had to put pictures of the cues in progress?? i have had cues made by some top cuemakers and none of them ever even offered to send pics and i didn't ask for them. and the constant bumping of the thread asking for the pics, what's up with that? even after the zinzola's have a brand new baby (who's not even a month old yet)? let's think about that.

yes, the cue is overdue but there are not many cuemakers i know of that aren't late. i live close to tony so i have seen this cue recently and it is a very intracate cue and tony has poured a lot of himself into this cue. it's overdue but the effort is in trying to make it as perfect as he can. i hope when mickey gets this cue he appreciates the effort it took to make it, it will be a cue he should treasure for a lifetime.

Hi Guy,

You are absolutely correct in your comments. I am sure the cue will be beyond expectations and Tattoo will be a very happy camper.

Tony`s work is impeccable, and his attention to detail is super. And it can easily be seen by his comments that he is putting everything into his work.

I wish Tony and Tattoo both the very best.

I think it's a happy ending which is cool cause I gotta send Tony some stuff and get him to do a little work for me. With all due respect when you pay for something you should get what you paid for. Sometimes life gets in the way. Glad its worked out for the best.

I think I agree with Ralf that this is the nicest cue I've done so far. For those that haven't seen it, there are photos on my facebook page because I had told Mickey I'd have it wrapped over the weekend.

That didn't happen, so I posted up some photos of the cue before it was buffed and wrapped. Mickey wanted some additional inlays, which I did yesterday and posted new photos. It should be wrapped tomorrow. Once it's all buffed and wrapped, I will start a new thread here.

WOW Tony - amazing work

congrates Mickey!

makes me salivate waiting for my cue!

Hey tony...that looks really really good! Making me reassess my budget again...hmmmm...
Congrats Mickey...we've never crossed path on this forum but I don't think I like you very much...cos ur gonna own a cue that I like alot... ;)

This is for my buddy Micky!
