Here are a few Timmy Scruggs and Mike Cochran cues.....the first Mike cue was ordered by me, and we discussed how I wanted to have a silver ring on either side of an ivory ring at all 4 points. Mike just wouldnt do it, and I ended up with this cue.
the middle Mike cue was then ordered by me about a week after I received the first one. We went over this ring ordeal for about 2 weeks until he finally agreed. Mike had named the cue Blue Ice.....and he put that on the buttcap right under his logo. He has never done that before and didnt like the way it looked so he changed it........too bad The cue needed a wrap and a final spray, and Tony from BB did that for me. I dont think too many people know how much Tony cared for Mike Cochran, but I saw it over and over again.
the last Mike cue is definately his most complex cue he ever made, and it took him six months to get it done. It originally was going to be a jointly made cue by Mike and Tony for me, but it just didnt work out that way....

The open box cue with the scarab inlays knocks it out of the park for me Steve. I loved the look of that one when I first saw it a few years ago. Mike/Tim put a nice twist on a classic theme. Great cue.

Hi Steve,

Love the flame veneer cue but I absolutely love the cue with the brown lizard wrap. Looks like Brazilian rosewood forearm.
Any of those cues are really amazing.

Thanks for sharing.

Love them all.

Was the cathedrial window Scruggs for sale? I have a feeling the Cochrans and other two Scruggs Cues are keepers. Great Collection Mr Steve.
Blue Ice is prettier every time you show it.
Tony and Mike were like brothers. They had great plans. There was alot of love there and respect. Still hurts.

Steve,

They are all monsters but I like the one in the middle the best.

"RIP Mike", you made your mark in the world in a positive way!!

Thanks for sharing those beauties,

Wow.

I'm on veneer and point overload! LOL! Beautiful.

I really dig the middle cue, blue veneers always grab me. While I'm on it, is that the bumper screw sticking out or is it just some artifact in the picture?

When Tony finished the cue for me we wanted to put something on there to commemorate the occasion. I didn't want it on the outside, where anyone could see it. so I had Tony put it under the bumper. I was looking at it when I pulled it out, and didn't screw it back in all the way.....................GOOD VISION

Martin, that one was all Mike. You wouldn't believe how hard he worked on that cue. It was a very new style and design for him that he never had done before, and in his own words.......it drove him f...kin nuts......lol

Hey

Nick, at one point I had it for sale.......never again. It looks too good next to the others....lol

Well....I am on a bumper kick right now, so I was looking.....

Always cool to have little hidden things on cues. I like that.

I love that ebony 8 point Scruggs....very classy
Nice cue as always, keep them coming:thumbup:

Thank you Steve.

Great decision. My memory the way it is sometimes I forget. But I rembered you offering me that thing long ago. I thought I did anyway. The wrap makes that Cue.
Thanks for the meories.
Nick :)

I LOVE these cues...

Some of the finest cues ever to come out of their shop.

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Nice group

I too like the middle cue the best. I especially like the ringwork. All of these cues are true beauties. Thanks for posting the great pictures.

Those are some beautiful cues...and I have to admit there was some SERIOUS work put into those cues...and as sad as it is for me to admit it, my favorite of the group is the "least" fancy TS! :o
