I just finished watching Jasmin play Monica and it was hill-hill and Monica lines up a 2-9 combo and rattles it leaving the 9 hanging. Instead of sour grapes she was all class laughing it off and shaking hands. That is what I like to see in pool instead of a bunch of cry baby pool players who slam there cue around, talk crap, and whine about the rolls. :grin:

I agree. Pool is the one sport/game that it's all you. If someone wants to ***** and moan they need to talk to the mirror, because they did the shooting.

PS: Monica is very classy lady.

I watched that match too, I think in retrospect she should have used draw and the 2 ball would have followed forward and pushed the hanging 9 ball in the pocket. Anyways, you're right, she handled it with class.

I would have even to power draw to get cue to other end to stop any chance of a shot. I couldnt believe that .

Oh ya, sportsmanship, Did you watch the first match where Vivian was dropping "F" bombs like manhole covers?

If she would have simply played it pocket speed it would have fallen, but I agree with the op it was a classy way to lose.

I just wish ESPN would open up their bank account and put some money into the WPBA. They just paid a sick amount of money to fund the Longhorn network. A small fraction of that would be enormous for the women who struggle to make a living playing pool.
