More Pool Wars

Good news, More Pool Wars has been completed one week early. They are shipping the Proofs today and I should have them in hand by mid week (the 17th or 18th). If you advance ordered then I will be shipping to you next week!

All regular copies will be shipped to me within two weeks as well. Those you can order on my website, jayhelfert.com.

P.S. I still have some Proofs available (first 100 numbered copies), so you can still get one, but you have to order those directly through me. Thanks

BTW, there are many non-pool stories that are entirely related to being around the pool scene. Especially related to people that hang around pool rooms. Unique individuals always find a pool room somehow.

We need all the folks like yourself with perfect recall of the "old days" and the storytelling skills to pass on the detailed, treasured pool lore entertainingly. After a short delay in shipping More Pool Wars is finally here! If you've already ordered a copy, it will go out this week via First Class mail. You can still order a Proof copy (numbered 1-100) direct from me or order a regular copy (same book unnumbered) from my website, jayhelfert.com. We are set up to accept Paypal, credit cards or you can even mail a check! :wink:
 
I am finally able to begin mailing out copies of More Pool Wars. All orders will go out this week via First Class mail! I'm very happy with how this book turned out. The cover, which was designed by JP Parmentier, is first rate and very eye catching. I like it just as much as the cover for the original Pool Wars.

More Pool Wars is the same length as Pool Wars with much more content, due to the fact there are no photos. The pictures in Pool Wars took up 24 pages, so now there are that many more stories to read, plus My Little Black Book at the end. I hope everyone enjoys it just as much as they did Pool Wars. It was a labor of love that took nearly three years to complete. I will wait to hear your feedback. Thanks again, Jay Helfert
