I don't know anything...but I thought it was kind of funny for Team USA to get silver medals in a two team tournament.
Maybe next year they should use a handicap system....

It was $15,000 and $7,500 for 2009 through 2012. So if the raise is correct, good for them! (It was 20/10 in 2007 and 2008!)

It's a nice show thats geared for overseas so they'd rather see the ugly Americans get their asses kicked.
Then this year's winners should only get $10,100 the way I see it.
I didn't know that. I had heard they got a couple thousand each and expenses.
That is a nice payday.
But anyone who thinks that the players didn't want to win is wrong in my opinion. I think that they all want to win for the USA and of course each of them wants to win for the extra money.
But honestly something has to change or this event will be just a farce after this blowout. Really terrible result for the 20th anniversary of the Mosconi Cup not only for the Americans but also for the Cup itself IMO. A battle to the finish line would have made for much more drama, duh...
In the past, it was not so....and with current odds i doubt it
