Well done, Rodney.

By my assessment, he played poorly in just one rack, that being rack five.

But he played a fine match, won the safety battles, and punished Shaw's errors. Great stuff.

You're very correct. Because it's subjective. Everyone has different tastes and opinions. Some like Forsyth and some don't. Some like Deliberto, some don't. I didn't (not sure if someone else did) say that Forsyth sucks, didn't say he's a bad guy. Just don't care for his style in the booth.

But it's mind boggling to even imagine the arrogance one must possess to tell someone that their opinion is wrong regarding something that's absolutely subjective.

Shaw is still wet behind the ears. After he pulled that stunt on Earl at the Straight pool tournament. He still has a few lessons to learn.

I thought Rodney played a wee bit fast on a couple of those shots. But a win is a win, and that's what counts! :cool:
 
That was a nice confident runout from Bergman/Dechaine to get things started in Match 8 Hoping for more of the same.
 
Ouch! I got hit with a red mark because somebody doesn't like my words on this thread. Gee, should I retaliate and give them a red? A tit for tat? :grin-square:

The missed 7 ball - he should have banked. Bad leave by SVB put him in that spot

Missed two ball in rack 7, he didn't want to shoot it but SVB told him to. Option B should have been used.

I could tell he let SVB lead him too much. Skylar should have played his game.

I missed that match, but people are saying SVB is not playing his usual game, that something might be wrong. I guess everybody can have an off day, though.

It was the bad leave on the six that left Shane tough to get shape on that seven and still make the shot...
