MOSCONI CUP VOTES - The official list

my heart chooses DAVENPORT or BRYANT but i think the whole team should come from the ranking list - it should not be a democratic decision but a result of who played well enough - i would not mind the CAPTAIN being chosen by this method - my vote for captain - VARNER - (the PEARL would be alright too )
 
im biased

obviously im biased but the bca points list is hard to go by.
the money list is what matters and what lets people know how a player has performed.the bca list just tells you if someone has shown up to every tourney basically.
just look at the money list then check the 8 players on the list.then you have a solid idea how that person has done .i broke my arm and missed 3 months of tourneys so it would have been nice to play them all and earned more.i fortunately still am the second highest ranked american on money list and i missed two key points events.
anyway everybody has a favorite player and i think its cool you guys get to vote.that makes it more fun for the fans. all right thats enough begging by me im out lol.

I'll have to say that I'd really like to see you participate. Stevie as well. Rodney has had his chances and I'd like to see others have an opportunity. I'd like to think that the Joss Tour is competitive, so Dennis is a selection possibility. They are all strong players, so the key is who exactly has a good match record against the lesser of the Euro players ? Also, and perhaps more important, is who can get going quickly ? In the MC, there simply is no time for dwadling.....there are no races to 13.....when you have an opportunity, you have to do your work and be done with it. Against a Mika, you have to stab that buggar with the one shot that he'll give you or else he'll come back and stab you over and over with the knife you just tried to stick in him. So, my point is that the MC demands perhaps a different sort of player than our usual "sentimental" selection. One thing is for sure. Despite not liking him for the team, there is only on choice for captain: Earl. Any responses, positive or negative ?

anybody on that list would be a great pick.they are all solid people and players.i think earl as captain would be kinda interesting and maybe what we need to get fired up.

How about the stronger Euro players, Schmidt beat Ralf on the way to winning Valley Forge this year and he knocked Mika out of the 8 ball tourney a Galveston.

thanks for the props billy ,ill send ya 20. ive played mika and ralf quite a few times.ive beaten them more than they beat me.then again ive had trouble against other certain players for some reason.

I, too, voted for John. Everything considered, I feel he is the best choice although it was a hard decision. Stevie was neck n neck with John for my vote.

Earl would be the perfect captain for an unforgettable event.

I voted for you too John & I'm alot cheaper..it only cost 1 miller lite...not $20...lol:grin:
