Good question .

I was Born with a Photographic memory , But I ran out of film at the age of 3 ..
My father whom raised me to walk upright and be honorable . Whom knew Burton Spain from his youth in Chicago amongst others here and knew all to well of human nature and Poverty understood mans desire to overcome depravity !

Chicago is not a safe city .
