Well, to heck with Mr. Wilson. Here is my problem. I just posted a tournament announcment for a friend. He is the owner of Break & Run Billiards. He has a user name and password but the system wont take the message from him. He gets the box that says he is not authorized etc. I posted the announcement with no problem. Where has he erred?

Is he a new user?

If so, his account has probably not been approved yet for posting. Sometimes it happens quickly sometimes not...
 
did he trying logging in with username and password? maybe he lost his cookies and needs to sign in again before posting.

But how do we know Wilson even exists? People have spoken to him and miracles have happened!!

Eww... I've lost my cookies a few times and it wasn't pretty.

But I think it does take a few days or even weeks to get the account activated. When I signed up I was beginning to wonder if they were doing a background check or what. :shocked2:

I think I saw in another thread that Mr Wilson is "away" for awhile, maybe the Mrs. can confirm?

And pay no attention to the man behind the curtain... he has no spice...his powers are useless here....

well, that clears up everything. It' s getting near my bedtime so, goodnight Mr. Wilson wherever you are. Goodnight, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite. Now i lay me down to sleep zzzzzz
 
Took quite a few days for my account to be activated as well.Not sure why or how that is,but its not automatic like some sites.It seems someone has to give a nod for a new user to join.
