Hi,
Here is some very special museum grade wood from Southeast Asia for an upcoming cue being designed by Chrippa. Chris purchased this wood and shipped to my shop and it blew my mind when I was able to see the multiple sick grain patterns!
He is definitely reaching for the highest apple on the tree using this wood. I am very happy to be going along for the ride.
The 3 squares rested for five years and have acclimated to my shop environment for many months. I just doweled them, turned them down then cut & sanded the 24" one to catch a view of the figure in rod form.
Xylay Lace
I can't wait to see this stuff under the clear coat.
Rick
