My First Schon

Just picked up my first Schon tonight. It looks like it may have some age to it, as there is a small bubble in the finish. I also noticed that the Schon logos are different on the shaft than the butt. Can anyone tell me anything about this cue like the model, value, age, etc? Thanks.

Nice Schon

That's one nice looking Schon you picked up, Ray. If you email a low resolution pic to Evan at Schon he should be able to tell you the model number and dates of manufacture.

That is up in the top3 favourite Schons for me - and that is quite something for me as I love a lot of them.

You acquired one extraordinary looking cue, I'd hold onto it for sure. It is very-very nicely balanced in appearance.

Let me know how you like the way it plays.

Still looking for any info on this cue if anyone knows anything. I have played with it a couple times now and it hits em good.

I have seen a lot of Schons but never that one. Really nice. If you want another I just listed one For Sale last night for $465 shipped. Jim

wow, that may be the prettiest schon i've ever seen. nice pick up. damn, thats certainly unlike any other schon i know about.

Thanks for the help. I sent them an email but haven't heard back yet, the number may come in handy. Have some green...

I sent Evan an email when I was looking for info on my unknown Schon.
Hes a busy guy but will get back to you in a few days. I waited for what seemed to be a very long time for an answer. It turned out it was only a couple of days.
Older Schon shafts have the logo stamped onto the phenolic ring. Yours doesn't.
I believe that the different curly que S is on the older cues. Mine is like that
and it was made in 94. Sorry I can't help with specifics more than that as I'm far from a Schon expert. All I know is that I love mine.

twice I've emailed evan with inquiries like yours, and each time it took him a full month to reply.

Thanks for the info everyone... I guess I will patientaly wait 2 to 30 days to hear back from Schon.
