Sounds like you have a great thing going. The reason most relationships end is because both parties get tired of each other.

If you see someone every day for years at a time, the novelty of love wears off quickly. You better hope that you're good friends also, because being "in love" won't always get you through.

Also, you have to keep a woman who would tattoo your name on her body.....now that's loyalty.

It's a first for me. I do have a great time with Bunny, we always seem to be laughing about something. I just enjoy being around her and all her friends and family. This last trip I stayed in her apartment and we got along great the whole time. There were always people coming to visit us, mostly unannounced. Over there they just show up. :smile:

A beautiful woman Jay...When i was in VN in the early 70's we had bands from the Philippines they played just as good if not better than the original singers...The girls could really dance and were so beautiful..They are such nice people....Enjoy your life Jay,good luck in pool...:)
 
Thanks for all the well wishers. I truly appreciate it. It has been a little hard for my family to come to grips with the fact that I have a girl friend that could be my daughter. Believe me I didn't plan it this way. It just happened and kind of took me by surprise. When I first met her two years ago, she was friendly but very shy. I didn't think for a minute she would ever fall in love with me. Or me with her for that matter.

You have to understand that in the Philippines age is not a barrier. In fact many girls prefer relationships with mature men, because they feel they will be treated better.
 
That is so true. Women here are conditioned by wall street as to what to do and what to wear and the age thing. It is in the eye of the beholder. I'll see you at DCC and we can talk some more about it. John and I are making the trip. He has been teaching me banks. lol

Pretty lady Jay. I would think the least you could do is have a very small "bunny rabbit" tatooed on the place of her choice. Then, if things didn't work out, you could find a girl from Australia and have it changed to look like a Kangaroo. :eek:

You're weird Dick! I have one small tattoo I got when I was 28. All I remember was how much it hurt. No more for me thanks.

I was just sitting here reading this thread when my 4 year old daughter walks into my office, looks at Jay's avatar and says to me, "I like your shirt in that picture.".....(guess I look like Jay?)

The first girl I thought I might love was half-fillipino/half-caucasian. We dated for about a year...and man, she was extremely gorgeous. Ahh...to be 17 years old and having all kinds of new experiences with a gorgeous girl. Too bad she was jealous/crazy as f*ck. I ended up breaking up with her.

English is like the second language over there. Most everyone speaks some English, so communication is no problem. I met her at a restaurant/bar during the 2006 WPC in Manila. I was on TV a lot that time and someone told her I was the "Announcer Man." That led to an introduction and now it's two years later and we seem to get closer every trip I make over there.

It helps that she loves pool, and doesn't mind going to the poolroom to watch me play. She has a crush on SVB (I should be jealous :)) and wants to see all his matches.
