My Tony Zinzola Story

i knew i liked you for more than ONE reason....
Alright everyone, Sam ( SWEST ) post his story not trying to get sympathy or looking for anyone to feel sorry for him. He made this post just another document evidence of what T. Zinzola did to his victims, I know there about 15 victims at the moment and T. Zinzola took in the amount of somewhere of $25,000 and upward from the record I have.
I have procession of 5 ( Semi ) unfinished cues on collateral from T. Zinzola, I will be posting these pic's up little later. 2 of the cue which belongs to " SWEST " & 1 other cue belong to Eric " Fatboy " the other 2 cue I do not know who they belong to, I will make arrangement to send the 2 cue back to Sam " SWEST " & once Eric contact me I will be sending his cue back to him also. For the record, all 5 cues only the Butt end, there no shafts on these cues.
Originally the agreement is once T. Zinzola paid me back what he owes me and I will send these back to T. Zinzola but I thought about it for a long while, why not just find the rightful owner of these cues and send it to them., I am confident that if these cues ever get back to TZ, the rightful owner never gonna see these cue ever again. At least with this arrangement, some of the victim get what is owed to them. Stay tuned for the pic's to be up little later.
Sam, according to your time & date of payment to TZ, that was the same time he promise me to pay what owe to me but disappear on me until around Nov of 2013. I will write another post about that when I post the pic's of the 5 cues.
Just hoped all TZ victim will step forward with their stories and bad dealing about TZ & hopefully no more innocent victim will fall under TZ traps. Staying silent will not get what owes to you, pool community is a selfish bunch., hope we all can get together to name all the bad, con & shamed cue maker from ever con another person.

After that rumors started up that we were having an affair. We weren't but I understand why the rumors started. I think she wanted to but I didn't know it. I had kind of taught her husband how to play pool and he would play pool while his wife and I were hanging out in the Jacuzzi just outside where the rec room with the pool table was.
And she would take their daughter for walks and come talk to me at my front door for periods of time and I think people in the apartment complex would talk about it.
I was to naive at the time to realize what she wanted.

Just in case that you may have a moment of clarity at some point in your life, you might realize that it has already happened and Tikkler has
taken care of it. In other words, if you should take it upon yourself to become involved in other peoples business, you should also make it a habit to read all the threads that pertain to the situation.
Be glad that yer not a gun fighter in the old west because you're just a tad slow on the draw.

Actually by having the money sent to his "wifes" account, I think he now has a legal accomplice, willingly or not.

Tony Z owes me 3 cues that were done just needing the shafts cleaned and I have a deposit for a fourth cue that he probably has not started on. I have paid in full for the 3 cues that he owes me. He owes several people cues and deposits back for cues he has not started on. This has been going on well over 4 years now for people.

So it has been going on nigh 4 years now and during this time, Tony has been a rather active member of AZB. Obviously recruiting new recipients of his plan.
It seems now in light of the situation that it wasn't just a couple of small set backs that he has claimed happened in his life that caused him to be tardy on a couple of cues, rather than a well thought out plan to do his little Pyramid Scheme with people re his cues. Is this not correct?
To myself it would now seem obvious that it just wasn't a small accident that this has come about. A long term hit and run plan to relieve people of their hard earned money.
Other cue makers have had legitimate set backs in life that have caused them problems with customers but this has to take the cake plus a little bit more.
Truly FKing sad and sick at the same time. It is apparent that Tony needs to have a boot party in his honor and a little time spent in the Sin Bin as well.
Its sad because he was obviously a talented wood worker in a short time making cues and people were expecting much more to come from his shop.
Sick because of the way he took advantage of people and their money, also that he ruined what could have been a long and prosperous career in building cues.
Maybe he can teach wood shop while paying his dues in jail. He should start stretching his sphincter now as it will be much less painful when the Welcome Wagon pays him a visit to his cell. Mama Tony will be a popular new addition.

Most of the people who sold their spots to Sam ripped him off in my opinion as they knew damn well they were not getting shizz and had all been fed bullshizz lies from TZ. All they cared about was getting their money back....Too bad it came at Sams expense. Not a far throw from what Tony did. Don't act all innocent like u don't know what I am talking about...u know whou are. And to bluhog rider, maybe u r right , Tony didn't want his face smashed..but that wasn't the case.the days leading up to my trip there I had full intent on screaming ...the morning I left I decided to bring my daughter to keep me at bay and especially after seeing his own children, whom are completely innocent and clueless of their fathers actions and character...well, the rest is history.
I may add, when u speak over the phone with TZ he can spin quite a yarn but when face to face he is a stuttering shaky nervous person...wonder why..LOL. Tony, I know u r reading this, if there is one cue u wanna deliver or a person u wanna pay back, I suggest u hand Jeff his cue or money first. He's been a saint thru this process and has handed u quite a bit of money and he isnt gonna let u just keep it.

Up 3 cues which belong to SWEST & fatboy, as for the other 2
cues, I'm only gonna post the joint section with the ring work
because anyone can say that their cues and I do not know how
To confirm rather other cues belong to who's who, so to avoid
Any problems, I'm only gonna return the 3 cues to the rightful
owners and the other 2 cues I will return to TZ after when I'm
up for it and whenever I can make it to post office.

I live about 20 minutes from the town where TZ lives. If anyone wants to pm me his address I can pay him a visit and see if I can't "speak" with him and try and get Sam's cues or someone else's in the mail to them. Heck, if TZ will turn them over I'll ship them to the rightful owners myself.
I am happy people on AZB are starting to post when things go bad with a cue maker. The op has not ask for anything he has informed us, and I thank him. It's another cue maker off the list!
I would like to know if there are any other cue makers that have not delivered. I live near Chicago. If there is a cue maker here who has not delivered, I would like to know, maybe I can go to his shop and find out what the story is.
