Oh, come on, Coco. You LOVE seeing these kinds of threads and you know it! You're just jealous because you're not the one who posted it.

When Mr Varney first came to AZ he was making rather outlandish claims that he was doing all of Allison Fisher's repair work as I recall. Since that time he has made many more claims and or excuses as to why this or that has interrupted his ability to keep to his scheduled delivery time of his cues. Lots of excuses and claims. It will be interesting to hear the next set of excuses and claims to this issue. I have no doubt that they are coming and will be quite imaginative and colorful to read.
Good Luck Cincyman!

what your attempting to do is build a class, a class meaning a group of KV customers who havent recieved what they paid for, get your group to gether first then PM me and i'll tell you what to do(i'm not being a smart ass) i just know how this stuff works, first things first get the class built-until then your a one man show and that has proven to be not to be effictave with this guy, so you and Cincydude;) man, make 2, find more than i'll help.

This is very good advise Eric, and a very kind offer I hope people pay attention and take you up on it.

Craig!!!!!

The other poster is right. If I was in your shoe, I would not want the cue anymore. What if it turns out to be a shady cue, something he just put together in haste so you will stop complaining? Refund is the only way to go now.

I feel your pain. I once order something and the crooked theif ran off with the money. It was only 16 dollars so I am not gonna pursue. But it was still upsetting. Now I learn to look for complaints on certain sellers so I would not get cheated again. Anyone with more than 5% negative customers, will never get my business.

And if your story and others before you are all true, I think you guys are doing everyone a public service by coming out.

I am jealous of nothing.:joyful:

Funny thing is if you Click the Member I-Trader, ALL you see is god thing about the guy. :canoodle:

Remarks like: "KV is an ASSET to the billiard community!!!! " are what you read on the I-Trader.:clapping:

Good transactions don't make up for this one or any others that have been botched.

This one is simple.... he took peoples money .... other people offered money for a cue ...... he took their money and sent the cue to them instead.... he still has the original dollars.... original deadline is almost a year ago.
ANYONE that thinks this is good biz or even being a good human is nuts.

Cincy should demand his money back and move on. No way I take the cue if I am him. It will always remind him of the situation if he keeps it and I would not trust the work. Besides I would want a reputable cue maker to make money instead.

I was considering a varney cue also. now i wouldnt buy one for a fraction of the cost. ill be looking for a frey or sly now or other reputable makers. its not worth the money to have only a 50/50 chance at getting a cue.

My point was looking at his I-Trader all looks fine. Something is not right as I would assume with all the unhappy customer, the I-Trader would tell that story also..

Dial up works for me, not fast, sexy, or all the features, but works o.k. for me. :clapping:

Think you are making a joke,:wave2: and with the price of GAS, I save my GAS $$ for important trips. :shocked2:

They really were asking about you, in a good way! :)

I used dial-up a long time, and it worked just fine for me too. When I finally got DSL, I was very happy. Then I advanced to high-speed cable, and I can't live without it.

I know what you mean about the gas monies. I'm thinking about getting me a two-seater car that gets 60 miles an hour and retiring my Volvo in the garage.

Take care!

Me too, but I'd rather know about bad deals than not. It's better for future customers to know what they're getting into.

Hopeful people will remeber who is doing the screwing, so it no longer repeats itself. It's kinda like History, if we forget it will certainly repeat itself.

Have a good night
