I believe you as you said have been, "MORE than patient", and what i do not understand is why KV can not be contacted by Telephone, or is his phone number a state secret? Or does he just not answer?

KV does not give out his phone information. When I went through my snafu with Mr. Varney I was given what I believe to be his cell phone number from what seems to be a very reputable source. I called it twice but each time got no response other than a generic voicemail. I left polite messages but got no call back. So either one of two things is true:

1) his number really is a secret (which should be a giant red flag)

or

2) he doesn't answer and doesn't return calls of his customers (which, also, should be a giant red flag)

Also, to answer people who talk about how his Itrader is still 100% perfect, I know that I was completely unhappy with my dealings with him and when I think about it I still get a little mad, but I never left a negative Itrader because I'd rather not have the retaliation negative feedback. I do buy and sell a fair amount on these forums so my own feedback rating is more important to me than someone else's. And it's not like there aren't plenty of threads warning of the guy, so any prospective customers have warning as it is. Therefore, there is almost no benefit to my leaving a negative itrader, but there is a fairly heavy cost.

If you leave a negative and link to the thread where you voiced your complaints anybody who looks into your retaliatory negative (if he leaves one) would be able to make an informed decision.

This is why I like the new ebay feeback rules, whereas the buyer can only leave feedback for the seller without worrying about a retaliation.

I was honestly giving the man a chance to just send me the cue without any hassle or me "telling on him". He has never told why it has took so long only gave me times like "it will be delivered by the end of the month" wellllllllllllll

Hello Dave, I really enjoyed the Louie Roberts thread he was kinda my Hero when I was growing up. I hope you get your cue, because you are certainly a nice Gentleman. But if you are on the list you must be behind the the gentleman who started this thread and he has been lied too for a year about delivery. Did, Kevin give you a wink and tell you hit his paypal account, that he had some that were almost finished, I hope not because that is how he hooks our new members. Then you get the same treatment as everyone else, and unfortunately that is silence!!!

I mean you no disrespect, but the purpose of this and many other threads have been to warn people about Kevin's Business practices.

Just highlighting this again. During my ordeal I was told that KV had been known around his hometown to be having some prescription drug issues.

There's a good chance he posts under different names defending himself (can't a mod compare IPs and verify/refute this?).

He clearly lies and has little conscience in his dealings with other human beings.

All signs point to KV having serious mental/emotional problems of some kind.

how good it broke the rack .Well hope it turns out good.
Open note to Kevin Varney " IF " you are having trouble with
addiction and need to talk to someone I am available anytime
you need to talk . I have been in NA for 18 plus years of continuous
clean time .Make no mistake you cant do it alone .I actually got
clean in the Charlotte ,NC area and there are alot of people in that
area who will do what ever it takes to help you .I know its hard
to admit we need help but even us hard headed rough ass guys
sometimes have to admit defeat .

I have never met Kevin but you have brought up some very good points. I have thought that he had some type of problem for sometime. One thing there is certainly no doubt about is the fact that Kevin is in Denial, and this is certainly a major symptom of those type of issues. Maybe thats why he was in the hospital earlier year, hell he may have been in rehab.

BUTT NONE OF IT EXCUSES HIS BEHAVIOR, or corrects the problems that are occurring. By supporting his bad behavior people are only givning him a crutch to lean on, and this only prolongs his problems. Part of getting well, is standing up like a man and taking care of your responsibilities, this is how some one comes back for any form of Chemical abuse. Gaining respecting for yourself can not be accomplished by doing others wrong, only by doing the right thing.
