Just got done watching a JJ Jenkins video of Mark Tadd. I believe at one point he was considered the second coming.

Bucky Larson comes to mind. His parents were movie stars and
Bucky wanted to follow in there footsteps but couldn't.
Now pool is his game and lookout, this kid can shoot and I mean
shoot. He always has wads to blow.
You'll hear more about him.

Eddie Taylor...the Knoxville bear.

And locally...they still speak in hushed and feared voices, about the tone the bushwacker came to town.

The ever elusive "mild-mannered" Earl Strickland.

coming up next on Monster Quest..."The Inexpensive Lawer"

I'm not quite sure I understand the question, but I'll give answers anyways...

Portland Don Watson
Cole Dickson
Gene Nagy
Jack Cooney

And there were recognized champions who really had a higher gear that have become the stuff of legends:

Louie Roberts
Jimmy Reid
Buddy Hall

Freddie <~~~ myth

Personally, I think mike deschaine is the greatest player ever,Lmao!!!! ;-). But, on a serious note, I'm thinking Harold Worst!!! Stories I've heard about him are just down right amazing!!! Just my 2 cents!!!
