Need Prayers for Mike Webb

Sadly I was wrong about Mike having had surgery, my apologies to all.

Hoping he is well enough on Monday, and of course a healthy outcome!!

I think this thread got far more attention in the main forum. Myself and many others here trend to ignore the sticky’s as is evident by the lack of comments.

Must be just me. I scroll past them sticky’s and almost never look.

However because it’s Mike Webb, you know I saw it. Maybe you’re onto something!!!
 
This is good news. Means he’s strong enough now to have surgery. Hope to hear more the middle of the week.
Till then pray for him and his family!
They are all dealing with a lot!!

Same. He is having a heart valve replacement on Tuesday, as it stands.

Everyone! I just got off the phone with Mike Webb. To hear his voice brought me to literal tears!!! He is doing ok. Surgery is scheduled for Tuesday!!! Please continue to pray for him but hearing his voice was a prayer that was answered!!"

Mike's surgery has been pushed forward to Monday. Hopefully a positive indication.

Just as much as Mike pushing forward is encouraging, let’s not forget, he is fighting for his very future. This is a battle lots of us are pulling and praying hard for him to win. His mental stamina and outlook is so important for his recovery and wouldn’t it be uplifting for him to learn that his campaign goal has been exceeded and a new goal set of $50k.

Thanks to support he’s gotten so far, I know it can be done but it seems like fundraising has slowed down a bit. I read that a couple of tournaments are being held as fundraisers. If just 20 pool halls nationwide did that, his current $30k goal would be attained and then some. So please, let’s keep the spotlight on this thread, or better yet, Mike Webb.

And if you get the opportunity, try to encourage others to think about donating if they are able to. So instead of buying another piece of TAOM, can you see your way to spending it on his GFM Campaign? Please make sure Mike knows he has a lot of anonymous friends pulling for him. We may not be by his bedside but he is in our prayers, hearts and thoughts.
