So, I just got off the phone with Charles and apparently my case is NOW NOT FINISHED! How the hell did it go from finished a month ago to not being finished now?!?!?

Anyway, he says that Chaz is tired of dealing with it (I've been calling all day) and will send me a refund when he gets a chance.

I'll continue calling Chaz until I hear this from him and will let ya'll know how that goes
 
thought we were helping him out gave him cash in march 2009, said we would have the case before we moved in the first week of april 2009. still no case..... don't want to bash just want the case. eevery new business has it's problems, one has to deal with them to make it work. not mad dissapointed is all. please just send the case asap a year is too long.

Well,at least the list idea is working. now everyone knows they are not the only one getting the shaft! Maybe start a support group or something.
 
Ok Guys heres the deal whats happened constitutes to felonies Grand theft as he has gotten over a grand for no product and mail fraud for the same same reason. Stop complaining and start prosecuting. contact the local police where he lives and the officers in you area and they will work to resolve this problem or provide Chaz a new home , orange jumpsuit that would make Elvis "say that's tacky" and three squares a day. So you gonna act or keep tearbagging because he got you money and you got a bull sh!t promise 's that after a year are still not fulfilled.
Remember " a fool is someone who keeps doing same over and over , expecting different results" Now I am NOT calling anyone a fool, but whay I am saying is, DON"T FALL INTO THIS CATEGORY! Don't b!tch, ACT!:mad:

Well I think like prob most everyone that has given him money we are banking on the outside chance that we will really get our cases. In my case he shipped me my case. I just wanted some lid and strap modifications. What was suppose to be a week or less has turned into 4 months now. But thats not the worst part. The worst part is he doesnt feel the need to responde to all but one of us, and thats not me. Im tired of hashing this whole thing out on here, but I guess I just feel compelled to vent. Althought venting or b*tchn doesnt get me my case any faster, it still feels nice to do. Keeps down the violence i guess!

Wrong! How does that saying go...you can't squeeze blood from a stone. Seems to me you guys are dealing with a junkie. Hope I'm wrong but I've known several addicts and they will do and say anything to escape the pressure.

I told a judge that same thing in court one day.... He said, sir you are right but I can hold onto that stone
 
Everytime I see this and other threads come up I am reminded that over a dozen of our members have been ripped off by this scumbag thief, as well as another 15 or 20 members suckered into the magic raffle.
How many crack heads can run a raffle over a year ago and never pay off?

Who wants to carry the water for this loser now? Where is his "manager" that promised to make everything right for the people who were howling about thier cases 6 months ago?

You know that saddest thing is when you talk to the "Chaz camp", they try and make you feel like your the problem. Like we should just sit and wait indefinately until he can find time to do what was promised. i was told he is in school and working at a leather shop. If that is true and you factor in sleep time, there is not a lot of time left in the day for making cases. A applaud the man for trying to better himself, but dont start something you cant finish. If he truly is gonna try and start a case building business he better think of another name. He has single handedly ruined this case business. he better hope he can find buyers who either cannot read or doesnt have a computer, good luck with that!!

Wow!!

I can't believe this is still actually going on. Pretty sad. You couldn't pay me to buy a case from this guy.....

Has anyone heard anything from the Chaz camp. I am reaching the point of taking this to the next level. If any of you guys are at the same point, shoot me a pm and lets talk about our options. I really hope cases just start showing up at our doorsteps. That my sincere hope. But as I said before, its not looking good for the home team. Chaz if you are reading these posts, you have a way back. Just be real with the people who have paid you their hard earned money. Finish the cases or refund the peoples money. I really hope you will do whats right
