I hope you guys all get your cases. They look like really nice cases so it's a shame if you don't get them.

Well guys, I am suppose to have some news either way tomorrow. Me being the magnanimus man the I have come to be I will give the man one more shot to make this right. I know we all have felt burned by this situation and we all have to do what we have to do. I hope that all that are wanting refund will get them soon and all that are still wanting their cases will learn something good as well. I am trying to stay as positive as I can in this. If he doesnt come thru tomorrow then I have to do what I have to do. I will keep everyone posted.

Well I hope that's his new "manager" you're referring to, not me. Although I am no longer involved with the case business, I have ALWAYS returned Frank's calls or texts.
As to me and this case venture, it's pretty simple, I didn't have any effect on production, I am out of money, and am just too busy to be of any help to anyone, Chaz or the customers.
And yes, I am customer #1 from over a year ago, and I am STILL waiting for my cases.

Eric my friend, that was definately not directed at you. You were the main reason I got my case the first time. You always answered my calls or at least called me right back if you missed my call. I really think cases would have been flying out the doors if you were still apart of this operation. IMO you a real stand up guy. I have no issue with you and I also hope that you get some resolution whatever that may be. Keep me posted.

I have done everything possible to get chaz to turn this thing around on my case. He finally emailed me back on last Friday and stated the case was picked up and dropped of at his managers place for delivery. Why he would do that is beyond me. He assured me I would know something either way, good or bad by yesterday. I told him specifically to let me know even if it doesnt ship, so that way at least I would know. I have yet to hear from him.
This is where I am. I have contacted the Orlando PD to see what our options are. I told Chaz that I really didnt want to do this, but make no mistake I would do it. I received an email back that I would get a followup email from the Economic Crimes detective about this case. The downside is if I do this, I can almost assure you no money or cases will be delivered for a while if ever. I dont want to screw any of you guys out of your money. Im just not in the business of anyone taking money out of my pocket without at least kissing me first. If any of you guys want to go in on this complaint shoot me a message. I know a couple of guys are already on board. Let me say this again, I really do not want to go this route, but im at my wits end with the lies. As soon as I hear back from the detective on the steps then I will go ahead and do what I have to do.

Something I find sorta interesting - chaz's I-trader is perfect.....100% perfect feedback on all transactions???? Just seems kinda weird. Based on what I have read, he has absolutely given a raw deal to a ton of people.

Sent you a pm; count me in. Strongly suggest you withdraw the concept of accepting kisses from Chaz in lieu of your case--very bad idea.
Chaz has chosen not to return any of my phone calls, emails, or texts for over a month. I'm up for whatever action you guys want to take. I think the more of us involved the better.

Thanks big perm i mean big worm. This has been a very frustrating process i have to tell you. I really and truly want this guy to succeed in the case business. I think its a great market to be in, but that is obviously not up to me. I just dont understand how a man with all the free advertisement and the eyes and ears of the pool playing world and he lets this situation come to this. This hasnt just happened once, this is the second go around for this sort of thing. It truly baffles the mind.
Ok Guys heres the deal whats happened constitutes to felonies Grand theft as he has gotten over a grand for no product and mail fraud for the same same reason's. Stop complaining and start prosecuting. contact the local police where he lives and the officers in you area and they will work to resolve this problem or provide Chaz a new home , orange jumpsuit that would make Elvis "say that's tacky" and three squares a day. So you gonna act or keep tearbagging because he got your money and you got a bull sh!t promise 's that after a year are still not fulfilled.

Seems like people are catching on.......finally! A lot of good people dropped some hard earned serious change to this guy only to be scammed. Even if no money comes back and no case's are gotten, he'll be dealt with properly. Plus there I think a judge would order him to pay restitusion. Also Don't forget to contact the post masters in your areas as I think this is also mail fraud. He's been nobody's friend. No matter how many chances he's been given.
I really hope that everyone who ordered a case can get this resolved. It's a shame that it had to come to this over a lack of honesty. I would like to believe that Chaz was attempting to do what he originally set out to do, but at this point it is a little suspect. Even if he was working on only one case at a time, surely in 13 months he could have finished probably four or five with a part-time effort. I think if at least some cases were moving and he was honest and admitted that he bit off more than he could chew, everyone would feel much more at ease. As it is, I don't blame you for taking legal action. If he gets away with everyone's money, he will never learn.
I am very glad now I didn't order a case. Last fall he said a spot opened up and he could take someone else and have their case within a few months. I wanted to get on the list but couldn't seem to pull the trigger. Guess I got lucky to not be in the same boat. Good luck to all involved. May everyone get what they deserve, including Chaz.

Thinking as a logical man, if I were he, I would take an hour the first thing on lets say a Monday morning and take pics of the cases that are in the works. Label the pics with who they belong to and the approximate time of completion, that would satisfy the majority if not all of his customers. At the very least they will know where they stand. His problems stem from just flat out ignoring the very people who are trying to make his business successful. People have gone for month without one single picture of what they are paying for. How long does he expect people to wait until they are demanding pictures or a refund? He shot me a text the other night about ME stirring up trouble for him on here!! Isnt that rich!! Now its all my fault. He told me it was dropped off to his manager last Thursday to be shipped to me. I told him I wanted to know either way on Monday, and he assured me that he would let me know either way on Monday. Monday came and went with no word, so i text him Tuesday and he proceeded to say my case has already shipped and he knows charles has called and told me that. I havent spoken to charles in over 2 weeks, after multiple calls and text. Needless to say I still dont have a tracking number for what he assured me has already been shipped. As I stated before, I am proceeding with my criminal charges until the case or money is in my hand. This is not the course i want to take, but I am and will definitely persue. Im a man of faith so I still hold out faith that he will do whats right. I just dont have the time to wait forever.
On a different note, Chaz stated the his girlfriend is suffering with an illness. I would just ask for all of us who are praying people to say a little prayer for her recovery. Thanks

Being also a man of personal faith, let me say just this, Frank, and I am sure you know what I am talking about. Jesus, Whose image is on this coin? Tax collector, it is Ceasar. Jesus, render unto Ceasar what is Ceasars. Render unto God , what is Gods. I believe in giving what a persons due and Chaz has not done this. In a nut shell all faith being aside . You paid for the case, now your due your case! Period. That is whats right, no matter how many chances you give. Think about this, how coincidental there's a problem with his girlfriend being sick. Yet another tragedy? You can't always be the victim. If this is true, I truly hope she gets well.
