This cue is a good example of why Paul shared a cuemaker award with Bill Schick at the 2009 ICCS in Santa Fe. The cue has 4 ivory points with 5 veneers (natural, magenta, royal blue, teal and black) into Gabon ebony with 4 ivory windows with 5 mitered veneers. There is a silver barbell motif inlay in each point and buttsleeve window. The deco rings, at all positions, are complex with silver and ivory rings and silver dots. Ivory joint, Radial G-10 pin. Ivory buttcap. 13mm shafts with ivory ferrules. Black Italian leather wrap. Fancy cap protector set as shown. Weighs 19.15/ 19.18oz., with an 18-5/8" balance point. i have a lot of friends in the pool business,who knows who is the greatest,but Paul Drexler can really make a good cue,and his designs are sometimes so far out ,its almost unbelieveable.it sometimes gets forgotten that they play good too

the only problem with Paul is he can't make the cues fast enough to get mine tomorrow

I love this cue. It makes me want to get another PFD cue. Ive been buying cues from Paul for about 15 years. The one I have now looks a lot like this one. It's the best hitting cue I have ever had. I am very happy with his work! Regard Rick Legnani
 
Hey! This is my cue!!! Well.....sort of.

I designed some of this cue with Paul as a custom for me but there was a small error in communication on my part with Paul and there was a small design difference in what I expected so I ended up ordering a different cue.

The cue started out much simpler than the finished result. I spent several hours at Paul's shop picking out veneer colors so it would be just right. Originally it was going to have the 4 ivory points with 4 veneers (minus the black veneer between the point and teal veneer) and an ivory Hoppe ring in the butt but Paul got creative after I went in a different direction.

I have to say Paul did an outstanding job as usual. I had an opportunity to see this before it was shipped to Martin and the pictures do not do this cue justice.
