After reading all the bullshit that guy stirred up I'm gettind on my new Harley and coming down to your place and spend a few bucks.Most peaple wish you nothing but the best. I live in Lakewood so your only about an hour south. Tell big Rich that I saw him on your video and he nevered played that bad in our 9 ball leauge at Rackem up. Don't feel like I am posting out of line here, and hopefully I am not, as this was posted by Tuckahoe on there Ustream Channel and therefore is already out there for public consumption (it was also in the Ustream header info when I checked a few days ago, but not there any longer). If someone (anyone at all) feels like this is out of place or inappropriate, I will edit to remove:

Have they really been shut down for illegal gambling and then streaming it online?
I don't know the law in the USA, and NJ in particular, but this seems like a bit of a monumental cock up if it is illegal

I went by my regular poolroom yesterday in Dover, Delaware and noticed an RV parked in the parking lot with New Jersey tags. Anyway after reading this thread I got an ideal who it belonged to. Pam used to be a regular at First State Billiards before she opened her room in New Jersey. I didn't stop in yesterday but I will tonite and find out if the RV is Pam's and Vinny's.
I believe gambling was just a small portion of why it was shutdown. But, not to speculate I will get the answer tonight. Pam was awesome for pool but likes to be wide open in her ventures. I always try to teach young guns like her and Josh Brothers how to lay low and finish strong. The young generation likes to start strong and finish broke.
From what I heard through some friends of mine locally many people booking bets and broadcasting bets on here are being monitored. He is a detective around Philadelphia and he didn't give all the details but he said FBI is monitoring the illegal activities going on in these forums.
Not trying to scare people but we need to exercise caution and not broadcast bets. I'm not sure but I believe these pools in the action room may be illegal also. I'm not law enforcement and love the action on here and don't want it to disappear but the Internet matches need to be called two man tournaments with entry fees. The way things are worded is everything and how they are portrayed for public view.

Omg are you kidding me? They shut that place down? Gambling laws are so messed up! Its legal in some parts of the country its illegal in others blah, blah, blah. I thought it was legal in nj? I mean they do have casinos right? What a man or woman does with their money is their business wtf feds get your act together fools! Sad part is they prolly gamble all the time then get paid to shut folks down for it.
If this is true, if this forum is being monitored by Feds, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the possibility exists that AzBilliards forum could be shut down. I'm not sure about the AzBilliards website, but the forum could be shut down due to the online gambling that allegedly occurs on this forum.

Hey everyone, before this thread goes crazy with the room being shut down due to gambling, I don't think that is the reason. The owners were in a legal issue amongst themselves. I think the state getting involved had to do with their own personal issues, and not any streaming issues. I'm not 100% on this, but I'd bet a few bucks on it being the case as opposed to gambling issues being the cause.

Why poolroom is shut down
Hi I would like to state for the record the poolroom was not shut down due to gambling. The poolroom was was shut down do to legal issues between the diverse of my self and my wife Pamela . This was all a planned scam in order for my wife to steal the poolroom without legally going threw court proceedings. As I found out last night when myself and the new jersey state police entered the poolroom to see that in the past 3 weeks my wife has removed all the tables and all the contents of the building, going against a direct order from the judge stating she was not aloud to remove anything. So as for the poolroom it is shut down indefinatly as all the contents have been stolen and or removed by my wife, and legal proceedings will start Wednesday at 9am to try and salvage any and all assets of backpocketbilliardclub
. I thank everyone who supported the poolroom and now my legal team will be handling all matters concerning the back pocket billiard club.

No chance. A contractor gets paid on a statement of work and the liability falls with he/she who writes the check.
That's like calling Allied Van Lines to come to your house and move the stuff out on a particular day while your wife is at work. They're going to do what they're told and they'll get paid for the work.
The liability of moving that out would fall on whoever paid them to move it, especially if previously directed to not do so.
Now, if the mechanic took possession of the tables -- that's an entirely different post.

ok just so fingers are not pointed i would like to say that pamela cimarelli violated a direct order from judge this after noon. and broke locks on building and made entry in order to completly remove all remaining contents of the building. charges have been filed against her and some time tomorrow the warrant will be issued for her arrest. we are un able to know at this time who the table mechanic is that is helping her. i we do know that bob de turk along with his partner pat odonell HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. pamela has be friended people in the millville and vineland area and is using them to help her comit these felonys. the pool room will be closed indefinatly until this matter is resolved. and The nj state police have been notified threw an un named sorce where all the contents of the pool room are being stored. Just for the record Pamela has left her 2 children behind threw this whole ordeal as i now have custody of our 2 children because she is more focused on stealing the poolroom than she is the welfare of her children. not to mention she completly tore apart the family residence on monday morning leaving nothing but dirty clothes on the floor. Charges were also filed against her as that is a seperate case and she will also be facing felony theft charges. ANYONE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE COURT PROCEEDINGS. AND TO SEE THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT PAMELA CIMARELLI (TREADWAY) FEEL FREE TO COME TO THE CAPE MAY COUNTY COURT HOUSE WEDNESDAY THE 12tH (TOMORROW).
