Sweet! The place is gorgeous, I have to swing by and check it out.

Oddly, I'm in the process of going with the (what looks like) same flooring in my basement/poolroom. I'm going with the purpleheart Bella Wood. It looks like the same thing that Jude/Society used.

Lights

Just what kind of lights are those? I think I read previously about incandescent lights but are they made by a billiard company or sold as a unit or put together by hand. It looks awful bright.... More details, please.

Oh yeah, the place looks great!

Interesting, I noticed from the pics that the bar boxes have the small Diamond lights over them while the 9 footers have some other lighting. What lights are those, and just out of curiosity, why didn't you go with the Diamond lights for the 9 footers? I know they are pretty pricey but I was wondering if there was another reason besides perhaps cost.

I was there opening night. It definitely is in my top 3 on the looksometer, probably #1.

From the pics (which rarely do anything justice) it looks like a gorgeous room. I certainly wish I lived closer but will most definitely check it out during my next trip into the city.

Congrats to Jude and the rest of the folks that made this place happen. I wish you all the best and many, many prosperous years.

Thanks to all that posted the pics.

Great looking room, too bad I can't head to NY much at all.

So which is the action table and when is the web cam going live???

Good luck Jude.

I'm compelled to ask: any chance in the future for carom or snooker tables?

Hello, if you make a opening tournament i will go from Portugal, give me details for that, i never went to state, sooooooooo, i will be there!!!

But i need to know antecipated, because of holidays

Thanks for the photos! Those first two shots in post #102 pretty much say it all. Well done sir, well done indeed!

I was there last night for the first time. Beautiful room, great equipment and the bar box area is insane! Definitely worth checking out.

The lights were custom made. We wanted a shed that provided zero shadow so they were designed by one of the partners.

Good luck Jude.

I would have loved snooker or carom tables but in order to have a true following, you have to have more than one and we simply don't have the space. We have 16 9-foot Pro/Am tables and 3 7-foot Smart Tables.

The room looks like it can scare away all the bangers. Is there a code for gaining access to the room? I have doubts it is open to the public.
