Hello Everyone,

My name is Kimberly Griffiths and I am the owner of Str8 Shots. I recently joined AZB because from what I hear it is the place to be. I thought I would share a little about myself and my history with pool.

I have been around pool since I was a young girl, seems like eons ago, and used to play with all of my brothers. My entire family is actively playing pool around different parts of the country. Due to some circumstances out of my control I can no longer play but I have a passion for the game regardless.

I work hard at trying to make a difference in both darts and billiards. I, being a lower caliber player when I could play, remember what it was like to want to grow up to be one of the greats. I did not have the financial means to pursue a career in billiards and so focused my attention on education and other dreams. That is why I devote so much time into trying to help players of all levels advance, most especially younger players.

I have not spent a great deal of time in forums so can you help me figure a few things out. How do I know who I am really talking to in this forum? Is there a place you go to find the person's real name?

What is the multi-quote feature for and how do I use it?

What is vCash?

How do you advertise on AZB? I have searched high and low for advertising information and cannot locate it?

I thought I set up the signature in my profile but obviously I did something wrong. Can someone tell me how do to it?

I will stop for now but any help with these things would be greatly appreciated. I hope you all have had an awesome week so far and that the rest of the week is filled with the most amazing experiences imaginable! :)

What is vCash? for fake gambing in the VBookie thread.

How do you advertise on AZB? I have searched high and low for advertising information and cannot locate it? Talk to Mr. Wilson, will probably need to become a Gold member.

I thought I set up the signature in my profile but obviously I did something wrong. Can someone tell me how do to it? click "User CP" at the top, then "edit signature" on the left. Once done, scroll to bottom and click "save signature".

I will stop for now but any help with these things would be greatly appreciated. I hope you all have had an awesome week so far and that the rest of the week is filled with the most amazing experiences imaginable! :)

There is something for most here.

A lot of us (me included) are cue junkies. I spend most of my time in the Cue Gallery and the For Sale section.

The other site I recommend is Onepocket.org

Well I guess I have no place to hide anymore from the Boss Lady :)

Kimberly is a great lady and along with her husband Marc are the people behind Str8-shots, Team Str8-shots and many junior programs, Children's Charities, fundraiser, Military contributions just to name a few. I know I just exposed her and some of the things she and Marc do and never tell anyone and so I'm sure I will hear about it, Truly good people and I hope Kimberly sticks around here for a while,

You're basically talking to a cross-section of the pool-playing world, from champions to nobodies like me. But we've all got the pool bug!

Don't worry about V Cash it's worth about the same as Wheat Bucks. Welcome, in no time you'll be wondering how this place lasted as long as it has...:rolleyes:

You'll like it here. Lot's to see and do.
We've got another field trip scheduled for next week so don't forget to sign up.
We'll be getting on the old AZ bus and heading out to Southbend, Washington, to watch the motorized canoe races. When you put a modified twenty horse Mercury on a fifteen foot dugout, some weird, wild stuff happens, I can tell you. :smile:
 
Good to have you Kimberly. You can call me Elroy or Tim. I'll bet there are 500 guys in this nation with both my first and last name, so it probably wouldn't be a problem with me, but if you give both your first and last name in a post it'll show up in a google search of your name. Making an occasional knucleheaded post probably won't be a problem for you, but boy...has it been problem for me!

I told Jerry in another post that I am going to sit in here all day and chat with people, while you all do the tasks that need to be done. What do you think?

Thank you very much Rick! I am just thankful to be in a position where I have the ability to do more for others. I believe that many people would if they were in the same boat!

I have always wanted to go to New Orleans so setting something up down would be the perfect reason for me to go! I will definitely be calling on you for guidance in the future!
