161 is great, but D. Appleton ran 200 and out. In the last few years we are seeing how easy 14.1 is for the top pros that hardly ever practice it. Johnnyt

Couple of ways to look at that Johnny.

FIrst way is to realize that for every 1 or 2 hundred ball run by a pro there are hundreds of 30 and 40 ball runs by them as well.

And of course the second way is, maybe we aren't seeing how easy it is for the pros, maybe we're seeing how bad we suck. :grin:

Just because there's only one or two major tournaments a year doesn't mean they don't practice the game. I'm sure Appleton practices 14.1 quite often, and even Archer has gone on record to say he practices the game a lot.
