Just acquired this this cue. Barry did a cleanup and lizard wrap. I love the traditional value.

Old school veneers: black, orange, green and natural. Chocolate lizard wrap that matches the cue perfectly and is super smooth. Feels awesome. Really dig the Hoppe style with the short cocobolo butt cap and Szamboti engraved into the ivory.

Sadly, I've never played with any Szamboti so I'll have to live vicariously through you gentlemen who are kind enough to share pictures!

Another one in safe hands

Jim you are building a great collection of cues that anyone would be proud to own. I remember this cue when it first was on sale and missed the opportunity and then the timing was not right.

Glad to see the cue was refreshed and spruced up with a beautiful wrap that just brings this cue to another level.

Can't wait to see all my east coast buddies at the SBE. Don't get to hang out with you guys near enough. :smile:
