Olathe Ring Game Schedule for Sunday?

Should be Schedule
They start at 1 because it will probably take 2 more rounds to get it down to 2 players. Then the last 2 have to play a race to 21 for the cash.
Schedule should be this:
1 pm to 4pm- Round 5 - $400 a game
5-6pm - break
7-10pm - Round 6 - $500 a game
10-11pm - break
11-until - Race to 21 for the cash.
Question though, what if after round 6, we aren't down to 2 players???? (Or are they just going to take the 2 money leaders
after round 6????)
YES, LIVE STREAMING WILL CONTINUE, AND FINALS WILL PROBABLY BE ON THE TABLE THAT IS STREAMING.

I don't see any way of setting a time limit on round 6 to get down to 2 players, seems if they go with 2 top chip leaders at a cutoff time that would be unfair to these guys with a few barrells left that have been playing for days, they would have to play until there are 2 left standing.

This could be a very loooonnng day. It is a very fair format, but in the end the final four players will have deep pockets. Even at 500 a game it could take a long time. Maybe they will go up to 1,000 a game for the final four. I can see them making a deal when it gets down to two players. Like a chop. Let's see 22K plus 16K. That's 19K each. Not a bad payday.

i would agree but i know of 2 players that most likely will not chop,regardless of the situations.and to add to what you said jay,im hearing a long set may be played after the trny so play for 12 hours on a bar box then play a long set on the big table for few dimes.man i remember when i could do thatjay helfert said:

I hear that! With my knees, feet and back I'm lucky to play a race to 15 even if if lasts only 15 games. I'm a 25 yr old guy trapped in a 64 yr old body.
It's like my 94 Oldsmobile... my "beater" car... 175k and parts are wearing thin from all that rubbing together during all those miles.

I would bet that neither player who reaches the final Race To 21 will be playing any more pool tonight or in the the morning after this marathon. Now maybe someone who gets knocked out earlier will match up and play. That's entirely possible.
I feel for the TD whoever that is. Maybe Evelyn Dysart. She MUST have some back up. It is just too long a day for one person to work, and stay conscious.
That live-streaming is the BEST. Bravo to TheActionReport staff for bringing this to us. Like pioneers exploring a great unknown, they went to Olathe never having done this before. It's been great for us pool enthusiasts and inquring minds back home. 
One visit at the Live Chat session while the Live Streaming was going on, I noticed well over 100 people at any given time tuned in. In a strange way, it gives a lot of us pool addicts immediate gratification. Plus, you can ask questions, like how's so-and-so doing in the tournament, who lost how many sand bags last night, and my favorite, what's the food like there!
The podcasts and Live Streaming of events does attract us incurable poolaholics out there. I wonder how many of us there truly are. I get a kick out of seeing James Walden wearing his traditional white-and-brown plaid lucky shirt, watching C.J. Wiley bearing down to make a comeback, local young'n Mike Banks, Jr., opening some eyes on "his" field of green, and Scotty Townsend showing these guppies who's really the Bar Table King.
Well, it's almost show time. Hope to see your fingers at the afternoon matinee over at the Live Chat!

I played the $11 with rebuys last night. 1,723 players and a total purse of 65K. First prize was 15K. About 400 players left when I raise with J,J under the gun. I get called in one place. The flop comes 4,4,2. So I bet out a pot sized bet. The guy raises me all in. I know he doesn't have a 4, so I figure he has an over pair. Maybe 8's, 9's or T's. If he had a bigger pair, he would have raised me pre flop. Right?
I call him and he shows me Q,Q. C'est la vie Jay.
