Old Guy KO At The Pool Hall

Even if he deserved it, the victim has awesome evidence now for his civil suit, and the criminal one too !

Was it worth it?

I wonder if it was worth arguing with this young guy. I wonder what the problem was. Someone has to recognize this place.
 
More than sad. What was saddest was all the pu$$y railbirds jawing the guy after he got hit. Lots of heroes in the world.

Lawsuit? I doubt it. Wanna bet the guy that hit him is lucky to have two nickels to rub together? If he does, I doubt that he would be dumb enough to hit the guy. Second, it appears the guy that got hit did lay his hands on the other guy, was drunk, had multiple chances to walk away and didn't. Further, aside from hurt feelings and a sore nose/jaw, what damages did he sustain?

Criminal? I doubt it unless the "victim" has some connections.

Perhaps a lesson learned. Never get into a major verbal exchange in a bar. Either walk away or hit the guy to make sure you get in the first punch.

Maybe I missed something, what gave you the idea he was drunk? At any rate the old guy had his hands behind his back.
 
The guy did give him a one two, buckle my shoe, three four, you hit the floor.

But the sad part was, the tough guys, instead of giving him a hand to get up, they had to jazz him.

Helping a guy out, (no matter whos fault it was) is what real people should do.

If the guy was a serious A Hole, then I can see it but from the video, it didn't appear that he was trying to look for a fight.
Hard to tell the circumstances from the video.
 
As soon as I saw the guy in the black take that step back I woulda popped him. I learned that the hard way.
